One of the biggest issues is Lughaya belonging to the Awdal community, apparently Siilaanyo gave a monopoly of Lughaya coastal business to a businessman hailing from Gabiley by the name Ina Aw Siciid. That is one of their recent grievances. Administration Positions in the regional adminstration is one thing but giving business monopoly to a non native is a step too far.
