Speaker Jawaari: FGS/SL Talks Will Result in Unity Government
Johnny B replied to xiinfaniin's topic in Politics
Birth places and citizenships are not always correlated, and Igal was not being truthful about his citizenship, as one can't be Somalia's prime minister and at the same time hold another country's citizenship , lest whatever country he claims to have been it's citizen was colonizing Somalia. -

JAWAARI, [the speaker] is saying ( disregarding Xiin's interpretations of it's gist) is these talks are part of a national plan of reconciliation. It however stands to reason, assuming that by "national" he is referring to the federal republic of Somalia, the UN/AU/AL member nation, then these talks are and will internationally remain Somalia's internal affairs, meaning President Hassan is the legal president of the Somali citizen Mr Abdirahman "silanyo", and both being Somali citizens , they can talk about the future of their country and it's regions. Be that as it may, one'd be on a crush course against reality to believe in that ( the above assumption that is ) being the sole reason for Somalia to talk to it's citizens in the north,as the Somalia of my father , namely the Democratic republic of Somalia is no more, and as it stands the parliament speaker of the federal republic of Somalia despite the good intentions is a day late and a dollar short to persuade Mr Abdirahman and his "Somaliland" to commit political suicide and clan betrayal by abandoning secessional aspirations in the north. So yes , the result is known, and it is everything but a unity government, while assuming the result will remain the usual deadlock it used to be before Jan 2013 is an utter denial of the fact that the politicians from the north were caught napping. -

Wadani;908959 wrote: Johnny B I always had respect for ur brain power, but I dont know anymore. Not as much as i have respect for your patriotism. The Arabs didn't fashion and make an idol named Allah and start worshipping it. I never claimed that , so stop repeating it. Allah is Allah, which is 'The God', the creater and sustainer of the universe. The same God all the biblical prophets worshipped, and the same God that people instinctively cry out for when faced with the specter of death. The pagans understood him as such. The reason the Quran condemns them is for their infidelity and not for disbelief in Allah. My point is not about the reason the Arab pagans are condemned by Muhammad[pbuh] or the Quran , it is about 'Allah' being their (the Arab pagans) god or one of their gods if you like.

Wadani;908950 wrote: lol, I fail to see how u arrived at such a conclusion. Allah is the God of the montheist Abraham, who is the progenitor of the Arabs. The Arabs worshipped the God of their forefather and through the passage of time began worshipping Idols alongside Allah. There was never an idol named Allah, so He's not a pagan God, but he was most definitely worshipped by both monotheists and pagans alike . How do you want it?
-
Hence 'Allah' is(was) a pagan Arabic God.

^^ Predates as in being worshiped by the Arabs before he(Muhammad [pbuh]) claimed to be his messenger.

somalee;908849 wrote: I'm really interested in this issue in general. The condoning of slavery in Islam is beyond my comprehension and logic. Maybe it's one of the deep wisdoms of Allah and a mere human like I can't grasp. ..it feels just wrong to enslave a fellow human whether he/she is a POW or not. Even more gross is the condoning of sex slaves. I'm muslim but some things are just too much for moi Well , 'Allah' happens to be an Arabic god that predates "Muhammad" (pbuh), so how deep is the wisdom ?

As much as my heart goes for any Somali girl (woman) who ever got raped, be she internally or externally displaced, both Che's track record of supporting the defated terrorists of Al-shabab and the story in the report leave much to be desired. " After they left, I cried. In the morning I went to the hospital and they gave me some medicine to take, but I didn't tell them of all that took place. They are Somalis and I don't want people to know ." Authorities do not take allegations of rape - even gang-rape - seriously, she said. "I went to the police but they were not really interested. People get killed in Mogadishu; I didn't die. To them rape isn't so serious. Nobody is ever arrested. Even the person in charge of the IDP camp was not interested. He didn't say anything when I told him. I would even like to speak to the radio stations - but who will give me that chance?"

As much as i care for "Somaliland" .

As for the topic, the picture of that kid overtakes the father's doing by guess and gosh.

I'm not much of a politician but something seems to be fishy about both alpha and Mr Somalia's plain ulterior motives, as they both support "Puntland" and " Somaliland "', two States that keep deviling the "Khaatumo State" for it's territorial and clan affiliations. Misunderstand me correct here as i am not questioning the genuineness of their personal wishes for the State in question, Mr Oba on the other hand is coming on a wing and a prayer as things kept turning belly up for the "khaatumo" State.

Ibti, i don't blame you for not being so sympathetic towards the story character, but why move the goal, namely from weather it is right or wrong to something like " the whole place is chaotic" ? *Ibtisam;895830 wrote: There is no welfare system for Somalis from Somaliland, check ! *Ibtisam;895830 wrote: half of their population has some kind of mental illness really ? *Ibtisam;895830 wrote: and all the "war hero's" are going through stages of no one ever rewarded us or recognised us for our scarifies. You hear them bitterly complaining at every turn. If anyone should get welfare- they should. Is it their demand for a reward or that their lack of getting it ( be it welfare or otherwise ) that upsets you? *Ibtisam;895830 wrote: As a refugee as one point of my life, of course I wish it was different, This ,with all due respect is irrelevant. *Ibtisam;895830 wrote: but the reality is Somaliland is not and cannot provide welfare for anyone in its current state. Why assume NGONGE is unaware of that? *Ibtisam;895830 wrote: Demanding that it should just simplifies the problems and shifts the blame. Now you're talking, Are the Oromoes to blame for Somalilands recognition or lack thereof? *Ibtisam;895830 wrote: At the moment they are supplemented by INGOs who pay the welfare ( much like they did when I was a refugee kid in Ethiopia ) but of course that means many who are not needed or refugees are in the queue of welfare. lol I diden't know that ( sorry to hear about the red text ), but had it ever struck you that the situation could of have been the same even by then ?! namely some unwanted non-refugees were in the queue. Don't you dare be that busybody NGONGE carelessly accuses you of. Ps/ what happened to the Bangali guy?

^That is exactly rather 'the problem' with NGONGE than 'the certitude' with NGONGE, namely , having a 'khasnad' mind that collects but never recollects. I see it as a problem just because it only gives him a "SOL-intellectual benefice" which is under constant attack from SOL's left wing politicians, while he should behold his newly won title, namely " SOL's honorary atheist ", at least until i finish my prayers for the girl we both love. Having said that , i'm thankful that he never mentioned how i lured your madrasa teacher the day i took you to the virtual world. /ps, I think Serenity has seen this. its just that her shabuug has became teethless, as her better half is doing great job while playing "the willing victim "
-
Thank you NGONGE for sparing me that quick thought , i've heard many "good news" in my days but this one was the best. After having spent few minutes over what would i say to the lucky ******* if i ever met him, i could only come up with "warty butt".

Are the mps who hail from Somaliland picked by elders from Hargeisa or is it so the Somalis from the north are having it both ways. What is the role of those MPs from the north?
