somali chick...sis i see what ur trying to say but you got it all wrong. this is not am right and ur wrong thing here so dont get offended when i tell u that. so are u telling us that wearing kohl or eye liner which the prophet used to wear is haram. please dont jump to the barrel and label everything as either haram or halal. all the things you mentioned in the hadith is not haram in of itself. when combined with other things it becomes haram such as wearing perfume in the presence of men who are not ur mehram.

My thoughts exactly...i have just about given up on jeans....i swear they were made for a white girls *** ...either they fit ur bootybut they dont fit ur waist or vice versa...so ur forced for the rest of the day pulling ur jeans up...and just imagine trying to do that with an abaaya on top...ooh what fun!!! U would think that these african americans who have been here for ages could come up with a clothing line that is tailored to an african figure...instead they are all trying to copy Gucci and Valentino with a touch of ghettoness I dont know if its true but I heard that tight jeans puts pressure on to ur uterus, damaging it in the long run...thus lowering ur chances of conceiving or caring to term....wondering if anyone heard that as well and if there is any truth to it?... D&D...dont cut those super long jeans...instead fold it up and wear with boots...SUPER sexy! Edil and D&D...I too was in the same boat...try to reduce the stress in ur life and in time u'll sleep better...which is impossible to do if ur in school....for some reason this always happens to me be in the winter season...and to top it off sometimes my heart beats really fast for a few seconds....causing me to notice....am thinking theyr linked... I dont have time to see my doc....so any doc in the house?..be it female or male... One thing that is sure to work is to skip town go to a place where there is no worries (at least for u).....and sleep to ur hearts content...worked for me Check this site out. http://www.4woman.gov/faq/insomnia.htm Hibo...lighten up sis....since the guys want to be up in our place....i say let them have their say only if they have anything useful to add...say hmm....what color of eye shadow to wear with a pink hijab... abaaayo..I find myself wearing black and blue most of the time cuz its winter and all...my only concern is not wearing clothes that wont protect me in this harsh winter.... Am really feeling the turkish style of wearing hijab...masha allah those sisters wear hijab with such elegance check out this online clothing store... http://www.shukronline.com/

Mtoto wa Soil, usijali 2. Kwa nini kukubali kupigwa pigwa na wife namna hiyo na mabibi wako wengi? Whisi, marry another daughter of the soil." 3"Hakuna kitu kibaya kama kukaliwa na wife. Just ask Whispers. He is the living evidence of that kind of situation Ni sinema kamili ya matatizo ya nyumbani ukiwa na bibi kali." 4., Ogopa bibi kama sitima.

Does anybody put on a concealer...and what make-up products do u use, blusher, powder, lipstick, lipgloss, eye make-up?? i wouldnt recommand concealer, blush, powder in the day time...its too obvious....and if ur a regular user...u might want to cut down...its really bad for ur skin....cuz ur skin needs to breath....maybe on specials nights...like weddings...i dont know about u but have u noticed how every girl looks soo different in weddings..... i happen to love mascara ..cant go without it..... hibo fabulous (ur name goes soo well wiht it... soo..why not...reminds of the bachelor..there was this girl who they used to call tina fabulous)....anyways since ur in the motherland of islamic fashion why not give us some tips?

thanxs walaalo...i was growing sick and tired of all that 2.. mis_Nasima...said something about steaming ur face and body....really a miracle worker...its like detoxifying ur body...something we all overlook.....check out a book store for books on detox...in the mind and body section.....mind u i havnt read mine yet.. nafta...gota say am loving ur trade mark... (cuz i'm worth it ) One question girls...waxing or shaving? depends on ur skin type...if u have sensitive skin...stay away....if not its really great...cuz it takes 4 weeks or more for the hair to grow back....and unless ur a pro dont try making wax at home unless u wana burn urself.. ...i had the unfortunate experience of doing soo... one other thing u should try is bleaching ur hair....as long as it goes in tune with ur skin color.....u dont want it to be obvious....its takes about 3 months before ur hair color returns to its original color.... those sisters who are allergic to eye makeup such as mascara and kohl...cuzing ur eyes to get blood red...try vasine eye drops...before u apply ur mascara and within minutes ur eyes should become clear....dont over use it though for relaxation....walking...even in this freezing weather...just dress real warm....and u'll be fine... fashion...dont even...damn  ...most of the shit that is shown on fashion shows is unislamic to be worn outside...so i dont even bother......<----leaves this section for jannah insha allah....

Day 751: My captors continue to torment me with bizarre dangling objects. They eat lavish meals in my presence while I am forced to subsist on dry cereal. The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of eventual escape -- that, and the satisfaction I get from occasionally ruining some piece of their furniture. I fear I may be going insane. Yesterday, I ate a houseplant. Tomorrow I may eat another.

lol..sweety..i think u have seen only one side of somali marriages....marka please dont generalize and assume all somali men are the same.....no women likes to be called naya...and she who accepts her husband to call her by that name is not his flaut....but HERs....demand to be treated with respect if that is what ur looking for.... i seen couples who have been married for ages and still use sweet words to call each other..

practice makes perfect...practice infront of ur friends, family, mirror...the more the better and one thing i have learned about eye contact is to look right btw the eyes...so that ppl actually think ur looking but ur not....takes the pressure off .....come before everyone to class and stand there ( kinda like owing the stage) and greet everyone as they come in so that when its finally ur turn to present u wont feel soo out of place.... works for me...anyways good luck..

Ameenah: What if the Corrupted leaders were replaced by Islamic leaders - and by that I mean ppl who truely follow the Quraan and Sunnah? Opinionated. I cant seem to see the picture u portrayed in this statement Are you saying that there is NO possible way that an Islamic leaders can be corrupt? When it comes to politics, EVERYONE has their own agendas. care to explain how that statement could be true...but seemingly contradictive... i dont understand how is a person who follows the quran and sunnah have their own agenda other then for the betterment of mankind....take for example the prophet saw..i dont know about u but his sole agenda was to please his lord..thus for the betterment of mankind.... dont let these modern politicians make u into thinking that a leader how follows islam whole heartily can have his own agenda....

ISLAM the solution to the Somali Crises? islam has always been the solution to any crises...but question is who wants to take the road less traveled? do i see a show of hands? i dont think it would do us any good to say who is/was wrong, and who is to blame...that would just set us back to square one.....leave the past in the past... How can we improve the dilemma that has caused us pain and suffering? What does Somalia need to be a peaceful country again? What stigma or element should be left out in the process of reconstruction? Individually, what can you contribute? now that is some questions to ponder over... personally i think we should first start with ourselves and move down the road...possibly move back home ....any good cause will do...such as teaching, parenting the orphans, contributing ur money to build hospitals, etc etc....whats better than putting to good use the skills u have learned here with ur own ppl back home...
