Paddy Ashdown: Military intervention in Zimbabwe 'could be justified' http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/africa/article4201084.ece

The opposition are just little Puppets, who will not hestitate to hand over the wealth of the nation into the hands of a few White elites. Mugabe has handled the farmer issue in a wrong manner and they(western states) probably beat him at his own game. Sad Days for Zimbabwe!

Is Al-Qaida playing a critical role in Somalia's long instability
Fabregas replied to Koora-Tuunshe's topic in Politics
Saxiib, your starting to sound like those right wing nuts. Get a Job at those tink-tanks, or something, man, Soomalida waxan kama dha-dhacinaysid! ps. Awakening councils only achieved getting SUNNi groups to kill each other and the implementation of tribal rule( as opposed political or religious systems). They pay of every tribal leader....a victory for Iraqis?..... -
Mr Yates is trying to avoid admiting that the TPLF carried out gross crimes against humanity. That is understandable from a man who's regime funds the TPLF! How sad that some would use that statement( which downplays the killing of innocents) as cheap political propoganda! Suldan, Somaliland is recognized and happy days are ahead because a diplomat downplayed the crimes against humanity(commited by the TPLF), by claiming, "AI went to Hargeysa". Lets get the popcorn out shall we?

^^The pics is from Flickr, a "photosharing" portal. It's not like MR Lacag uploaded these pictures from his mobile .

You remind of those skinny kids that start fights in high school, but marka la tumo, they come out with all kinds of excuses: I didn't know he went to Karate! I didn't know He was in year 9! My trainers were wet because I put them in the wash last night! I think you throw a challenge to the odayga, don't chicken out!

Originally posted by NGONGE: An editorial is usually the opinion of the editor of a news medium. It usually reflects the position and political stance of that news medium. Are you left wing, right wing or centre left, centre right, etc? Seeing that SOL is a discussion forum and NOT a news medium, it is almost impossible to have such an editorial. In fact, I oppose such a move. Being a contributor to the site I may run the risk of agreeing to the overall goal and stance of such editorials. Still, if it must be done, why not do it in the form of articles that members post to a section named 'SOL Editorial'. The management would have no input or control of the content (unless it is something that breaks the golden rules of course) and the opinions posted would range from violent Islamists to lily-livered turncoats, and everything in between. Of course, the catch here is that every time an editorial is posted people would want to comment on it and may start a new thread in the political section to talk about it! Would that not defeat the whole purpose? This, of course, begs the question: why do we need an editorial in the first place? I insist that we should leave things as they are, and, if people must have an editorial of sorts, they should just go and read any of my guru's posts. He usually has ten of those in each post of his (all entertaining and, mostly, to the point). Ps Leave Nur alone, the brother likes to post his own political 'editorials' in the Islamic Section. Xaajiga masaajidkiisa yan laga saarin. I was gonna say that: Nur baad ka daysan! u know once write an editorial boqolal ba ku ku habarya! ps. I think the poster ^^ is trying to volunteer himself

^^It was the same Italy that Holland thrased. Spain's problem was a lack of decent wingers. Italy couldn't cope with the likes of Robben/Van persie and others running from midfield. But Spain are over-reliant on playing the delicate ball to Torres and Villa. That's all well and good when ya playing the likes of Russia. But teams like the Italians Germans will easily congest the midfield and prevent the ball from getting through. Which means Spain had to play a sublime ball or produce a piece of magical play go get Torres or Villa clear; something they never did. I think he should have taken the likes of Joaquin and Vicente......players who can run down the wings...when they game gets tight and congested. WHat ever happen to Reyes? They've got 4 central midfielde: Silva, Xavi, Iniesta, Senna, who pretty much do the same thing(pass the ball around). Don't really fancy Spain if they meet Ze Germans!

And, I'm not talking about the average man on the street in SL!

You think they asked her about the Somali Invasion?

^^Saxiib, UDUB, GUDUB, OR JUDUG; all seccesionists(albeit different flavours) at the end of the day, so maha? In any Case I didn't seccessionists nor Somalilanders couldn't speak out about Somalia or it'affairs. Simply pointing out seccessionists(the hardcores) hold contradictory and rather puzzling views regarding SL's relationship with the Ethiopian Regime and what is going down South! Taasi ma beenba?

Great! A victory for football........it would ave been a crime if the talyani had gone through.......... russia and spain looks good!

^^Well, saxiib, I know the particular thread in question, in which these complaints arose. And it was SL supporters that resorted to accusing Xiin of cheering for his "uncle", when they couldn't refute his argument for a a negotiated compromise. Mr Ceyrow( the cyber) is one such individual who resorted to such a weak argument, thus the irony of this thread! I understand what say well; nothing should stop another Somali from airing the concerns and stopping their brothers. That is fully taken on board. No doubt there are plenty of Somalilanders( if we use such a term to describe people) WHO contributed to the Halgan down South. Yet still there are gross contradictions, and those that want to ignore those coNTRadictions, essentially want to have it the best of both ways! That is,those that hail the historical brotherly cooperation(in several areas)between SL and Ethios, but throw out moral sentiments of, " your uncle is an Ethiopian Puppet". I don't see a great difference between such people and TFG supporters! Waa hadi runta la isku sheego!

The Number 10 for Russia was outstanding in the UEFA for ST petersburg! Didn't think he would be able to bring his form into the EUROS. What a player! ps. Holland's defenders were exposed! ma orodi karan ba! I hope that it's not a german/italian fianal

Probably because he knows they are rather contradictory and puzzling! Thus one constantly deflects the question to the other, assuming that he's own position won't be scrutizined. Cige, an individual who struts around the forum asking questions to others, is a classic example of this. Habashis were brougt to Badioa too, but clan warlord x, so my favourite clan warlord x can do the same in Muqdisho. He reasons Xabashis can be brought to Muqdisho for reasons of blind clanism, because other people did it in Badioa ! ps. Isn't it puzzling that TFG couldn't relocate to Muqdisho because of Ethiopian backed warlords, but when the ICU arose all the warlord were relocate to Baidoa and they became the TFG's best friends! p.s the answer to your question is that I would have prefered TFG to relocate to Muqdisho with their consent of their people and not through foreign tanks, something which has become the only hope for this entity!
