  1. Wearing that, the man is luck some Arab Sheikh didn't propose to him. lol!
  2. Mr Me, pointing out that Somalia's oceans have been used as dumping grounds and envrinmentally exploited, doesn't neccesarily equate to the morality of the pirates. MrS D&Ds story about her cousins and many other media reportes simply point to the fact the piracy, for the large majority, is simply a get rich scheme. Furthermore, these guys venture into international waters and hijack cruise ships, oil tankers, etc. Of course, one can give lipservice and go on about SOmali Robin Hoods, but the facts point to bunch of thugs robbing folks to get rich. I'll give it to them they are hustlers and know how to survive, making millions in one of the poorest places in the world; yet to paint them as innocent fisherman guarding SOmalia's honour is a complete and utter nonsense, unless you bring forth evidence showing them to be little fishermen. ps.the SOmalia in you wants to cheer for them, lakin, let us not delude ourselves. oright.
  3. ^^lol, why are the Ethiopians and TFG being cursed today? yESTerday, they were the good guys bringing peace to Somalia, no?.
  4. ^^fishermen=pirates and pirates=fishermen? And when did they set up this little neighbourhood watch? All the evidence shows that piracy is a get rich quick scheme. When did it become the business of fluffy fishermen, who are merely standing up for their rights? ya?
  5. ^^lol, mid iso direy xalay. lol. ma SOmali ba?
  6. ^^And I thought Ngonge was wrong for once and I would correct him.
  7. ^^ we will educate her, dont worry. adigu where do you live? UK/US? or u made hija to Kismayo?
  8. India should stop this. I believe it could severly damage community relations in Southall. @ME, the big kicks the butt of the small, even if unjustified and unprovoded. That is how the world works, sadly.
  9. warya, ma somali ba tahay? maxad no cebayn? Well, I wasn't alive during 77, nor is it my generation, so I don't particularly give a monkeys about the details. Let us focus on today.
  10. ^^he(Gaunt) was sacked for calling a host a nazi and some other words. He's not on the the BNP list. I think that was some unknown DJ or something. .........
  11. ^^I don't think you have clue what the British National Party stands for, Ms Xalimo whitie G !
  12. Bro, Somalia wasn't defeated din 1977. That is historical revisionism. It was a tactical withdrawal for a thirty year period.
  13. @Juje, I just wanted to remind him of my prediction of a disastrous invasio by Meles Zenawi. And secondly, to show how the chickens come home to roost, sometimes!
  14. this article is indeed priceless , for it shows the odd position that you, O kore, and many others like yourself find yourself in today: Today Arabs are your new best friends! Ethiopia is no longer your friend and today she is all of a sudden bad! The weak Opposition, who the author said were incapable of waging a war, are taking over the country! Today there is no "cabinet" and "government", according to you. lol

  19. ^^Ibti followed? I though you were a model citizen. ur not al majarinne? god forbid? ps. BNP and Hizb U Tahrir, although on different sides, occupy a similar place in the British political establishment. Ibti, Muslim families or not, I just think it is a bit reckless to publish someones personal details because they are members a party which is not even illegal.
  20. OH MY god, my next door neighbour, wa ino cawa. (just joking) I got sum1 a couple of roads away....i thought I would have way more.
  21. DQ, bro I didn't coin that term it was coined by the general DUke himself, right here: http://www.somaliaonline.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ulti matebb.cgi?/topic/9/14075 Protocol, I'm not particularly bothered or concerned about an old man going to Libya or Sudan, though many Somalis are.
  22. This is undoubtedly one of the biggest talking points that has gripped the Farax and Xalimo community. So, I thought I would sum up some of the responses to Yusufgate. Yusufites: The old man is a decorated leader; he is the hero of all true Somalis. Hated by many, Loved by few, but respected by all. To clear something up: we never supported Ethiopia in the first place. It was just a temporary measure to revive the organs of the Somali republic. Bloody Ethiopians! How dare they mess with the president? Tuff! Where are our Arab Brothers? (The last sentence will be uttered silently) Secessionists: It must be recognised that he is the sole cause of Somalia’s problems. Any solution to the Horn of Africa must recognise that Somaliland can not be part of the South. The world must recognise that it should recognise Somaliland. Hardcore Islamists: Ikwhan, this is a punishment from Allah for his crimes, verily the victory of Allah is near. We shall raise the black flag high, and decapitate his head from his body. Allahu Akbar. Allah is with us! Neutrals: From a rational perspective, it is safe to say that the old man will board a plane, sit on a chair at a 90% angle, and order a large black coffee. After that, he will tour all the Arab countries and raise bundles of cash to fight his foes. Reliable sources confirm that he will exchange the money at a local xawala. A rational analysis, free of clan bias, can indeed confirm that his heart will beat slightly faster than normal, due to increase stress. We will report any rational developments later on. Beacecrew: This is an important development; nevertheless, the caravan still gallantly marches at daring speeds through the Somali desert. With all our might and effort, we shall cling to the caravan and ignore the gloomy cries of the naysayer; for these are the necessary pangs of birth, which shall lead to a new born Somali nation. Focus on the bigger picture. p.s these do not relate to any particular posters all fictional.
