Firstly when you say "genetically", this usually denotes a level of scientific research, taking into account D.N.A, social habits and general rigorous research. Secondly you have not given a definition of what "Genetically backward" is.What are the essential charchteristics for a whole group of people to be considered as being "genetically backward"? Thirdly you didn't provide any evidence of Somalis being "genetically backward".All you did was identify some social, economic and political problems that Somalis suffer from, which you observed from your travels. Maybe we should extend the question? Are Iraqis "genetically backwards"? Are African Americans "genetically backward"? Are Palestinians "genetically backwards"? What about native indians, Rwandans and Americans/Europeans etc..........?

Somalis have had enough experience with the "Foreign ideology called political Islam", for hundreds of years way before the I.C.U or any Sheikh Shariff existsed. The Somalis nomadic warriors are well known for contributing to the forces of Imam Ahmad during the war with Abysnia.Interestingly enough the Somali nomadic warriors where accompanied by Foreign Jihadist from Yemen and Turkey. Furthermore various somali entities have formed sultantes and political alliances based on islamic and local culture.Later political Islamic movements such as the so caled Mad Mullah led resistance against the Abysnians and their allies. However i agree with Socod Badane all of these movements have failed due to the inherent reliance of somalis on their clan.But i wouldn't go the extent of saying the so called "political Islam" is alien to traditional somali culture.There has been a fusion of the two in somali history, although the latter has been more dominant in recent times.

It appears mr General Duke seemed to miss the cowardly firing against Somali Civilians protesting in muqdisho by occupying Ethiopian Troops on several occasions? It aslo appears Mr General Duke didn't visit the net when innoncent refugess where being snatched from their homes and somali businessmen also being snatched from their homes! Lastly it appears his friend Sheikh Yoonis also missed these incidents commited against somalis in Muqdisho by cowardly Ethiopian troops!Or even the reported rapes of Somali women near the border as reported by aid agencies and the Telegraph newspaper.Maybe we need a mahdi or an imam to condemn these actions? It seems the "Quran and Sunnah" doesn't apply to the actions of the occupying troops who shot innoncent somali protestors in muqdisho! Perhaps it is a case of selective reporting?

What would i have to be annoyed about?

News agencies are well known for reporting speculation. They said there was 2000 eriterian troops in somalia. Perhaps there could be some truth to it.However it is merely a rumour with no solid evidence except "news agency reportes".One should treat such stories with caution...

The only they can prove this if they: 1.Americans publicly acknowledge it. 2.They come up with viable evidence eg. Video recording or Photographs. Otherwise it's all pointless speculation based on hearsay.......
