You said that Somalis should put down their arms, swallow their pride and talk. However, as you can see we prevailing today. The Ethiopians have not left, because of any talks, but because they couldn't sustain much more headache and chaos amidst a hostile territory. What you and others don't understand is. Somalia cannot ever changed if same things are repeated. There has to be one dramatic clean up effort to rout all the warlords by either killing them or imprisoning them. Reasoning with the unreasonable serves no point and will prove in effective at the end. This apologetic attitude and foreign conference where every 4 years a warlord or warlord wannabe gets elected has wasted so much time and life. Embrace the change sir. Change is coming. Change comes from within and always starts with yourself. Now bring down the treacherous entity called ''Somaliland'' and then people will take you serious. But parading with its flag and at the same time accusing others of treachery and talking about changing Somalia for the better is just hypocrisy.
  2. Mintid Farayar, I have stated an open secret, then you asked me for sources, I backed them up with sources. Now you want me to conduct a research to show a proof of Ethiopian armamements transhipping through Berbera? LOL The sources are there for everyone to read, it does not matter how I found them but the important message is that ''Somaliland'' has ties with Ethiopia and that military ties are just part of the package. So importing and transporting of military hardware is just part of the package. Now you can read the sources, and acknowledge the obvious findings, or throw more hurdles at me.

  5. ''Twisted logic, He is a traitor and terrible one at that. Just because he hails from your clan doesn't make him any less of a one.'' Warancade Al Falastini, Now, if my eyes dont deceive me, isnt that the flag of the secessionist state you are parading on your display? Explain to me please, how one who advocates for secession can call a Somali man a traitor. Also, can't the same accusation been thrown at you about clan affiliation wise? You accuse me of been related clan wise to Sheikh Shariif, but can't we not use the same argument against you and Abu Seylac of Alshabaab? See, I have pointed legitimate questions and all you have done is by-pass them and go on a rampage against Sh.Shariif.

  8. Minitd Farayar, It is open secret that Ethiopia uses Berbera port for its needs, both economic as well as military. With the inauguration of the Berbera corridor, it has become publicly known that Ethiopia transports its goods (both economic as well as military) via this corridor. Also Ethiopia has military ties with the militia of the secessionist state like it has ties with the other warlord entities in Somalia. Here are a couple of sources which can indicate the level of Ethiopian involvement with Berbera port: ''Ethiopian armour was withdrawn and dispatched via the port of Berbera'' Security Council report dated 10 December 2008 http://www.reliefweb.int/rw/RWFiles2008.nsf/FilesB yRWDocUnidFilename/EGUA-7MGRHD-full_report.pdf/$Fi le/full_report.pdf --- ''The Monitoring Group has also learned that Somaliland has developed a close relationship with Ethiopia on transport and security matters. The Berbera corridor, inaugurated in the presence of an Ethiopian delegation in mid-November 2005, allows for the use of the Berbera Port for transiting cargo by road to Ethiopia. Ethiopia has provided support to Somaliland on military and intelligence matters, reciprocated by actions against ONLF elements based in Somaliland, including the handing over of such elements to the Ethiopian Army. The Monitoring Group has received information that the Somaliland Armed Forces received weapons and military equipment from Ethiopia, and that several Somaliland army officers have undergone combat training in Ethiopia, delivered by instructors from the Ethiopian National Defence Force and the United States Army. The Monitoring Group expects to receive information from the Ethiopian and United States Governments on this allegation (see sect. II.G).'' Security Council report dated: April 2008. Now we all know, Ethiopia never gives something for free. So what was the price for training the ''Somaliland Armed forces''? Secrecy of weapons shipment through Berbera? ---- Also, everybody knowes Ethiopia imports goods in containers which the Somali people in Berbera port have no clue of. http://www.somalilandtimes.net/199/16.shtml Pay attention to this piece: ''Last Wednesday's cargo was brought in 40ft containers that most Somaliland vehicles are not technically fit to transport. Keen to give chance for Somaliland vehicles to take a better share of the transport business expected to be generated by Ethiopia's use of Berbera port for import/export operations, Ethiopian cargo receivers have indicated that in the future they will ask their agents to utilize 20ft containers for shipment of their orders. '' In other words, Ethiopia transports its own goods via Berbera by Ethiopian vehicles. I wonder what kind of equipment the 40ft container was transporting..

What a shameful person. The sheer hypocrisy and irony! One who has a flag of a secessionist entity accusing a decent Somali man fighting for Somalia of national treason. Who has betrayed his country? Also, wasnt ''Somaliland'' been used to unload weapons that Ethiopia used to levell Mogadishu districts and massacre Somali people?
