I agree the money can be sufficient if managed well. If they maintain the old structure including the new departure area and the new VIP on the left side of the compound and build the frame work of the new terminal around it than it could be done. The Parking lot is already compeleted. It just need to be paved and uniformed in order to create open space in front. A retaining wall is also needed for security reasons.
