I wore half hijab, neck showing, ears showing, you name it until i moved to the full hijab! i guess it is the effort that matters as long as you dont wear it years and years like that, as it defeats the purpose of being hijabi! i am still struggling and pin my skin several times and still my scarf does not stay PUT (grrrrrrrrrrrrrr)

I agree with Arch, Village was amazing then the owner Ahmed left and it was not the same again. they had fantastic service and the food was ok Ismahaan as i said i have not been there but that is what i heard, i may try maybe one day. I dont like going to restaurants such as blue ocean, labada lugood baan isku dhufsadaa yaxyax dartii, too many men standing by the pavement looking, looking until you fell over. oh well i may open a restaurant myself as i am great cook if and when i find the kitchen

Ismahaan and Zack, I dont want to be unfair to Nomad but I have asked around and i heard it is not special, plus it is next door to Marfish so not best place for a ladyyyyyyyyyyyy to visit. Idman has worst service i have ever seen plus rude, very rude waitresses. i remember going once and the girl indhaha noo kala gadgadisay. I felt saying a job is a job and you should be proud of your job and earn your keep.

i dont think that is fair, i went back to somalia in 2001 and the people i visited were cleaner than the average qurbaawi. food was cooked and eaten within 2 hours, everything was fresh. the only qashin was the mentality aan meeshan kala tagno. ps: the roads etc were dirty but living in UK meelkasta dirty ah
