Ofcourse they wont recognise Somaliland as a seperate entity from Somalia as the charter of the Arab League as the first artical of the charter says the soverignty of independent arab states should never be comprised therefore concluding that Somaliland would never be recognised by a Arab state.

Happy to see that Garowe is growing as the capital of Puntland and wish the same for all cities in Somalia!!
