Addo said last March he was offered $100,000 to support Blatter in the 1998 presidential campaign. Blatter won the vote against European soccer chief Lennart Johansson. Addo had accused FIFA executive committee member Mohamed Bin Hammam of paying the bribes. Last year, Blatter was accused of corruption and mismanagement by former FIFA general secretary Michel Zen-Ruffinen. Blatter was cleared of any criminal conduct last month. Zen-Ruffinen was forced out after Blatter's re-election in June.
