  1. lool okay My mom had three, had her first at age 34 and balanced family and career perfectly, so I'm open to that too. But I still think it'll only be 1-2 for me lol.

Inaar having kids is more important than career remember tolka waa inaad badisaa otherwise the future clan of Habar Safferz will be a Laangaab   33! I thought we were similar in age oba So you have a son huh? I didn't say I won't have kids, just that 1-2 is enough for me because I have a lot of goals for myself and I don't think my life should be defined by my ability to procreate. Deal with it
  3. lool well I suppose you could be telling the truth, but I thought you were a young college student so I still think you're messing with me about the kid thing And one, maybe two, is enough kids for me... I won't be old in that time either, 29-30 seems perfect for a baby and I'll be done with school then too. Having a career is more important to me than having a bunch of kids.
  4. I don't believe you oba  And yes, 5-7 years, and only one!

    Love song

I prefer Axmed Biif! He has a beautiful tone to his voice, and I like his lower key.

  7. So my friend's newborn was adorable, but the four hours I spent with them was another confirmation that I don't want kids anytime soon lol.
  8. I have a road trip to Philly planned in late August, going to the Made In America festival But I want to do a long one sometime, while I'm still living in the US.
  9. Tallaabo;952294 wrote: Your cultural and moral guardian;) lol I appreciate that Tallaabo but I don't need a guardian, and I certainly don't need ten hell spawn Road trip where SP? Fun!

  11. But I am a career woman dee Okay maybe two, if I have a husband who contributes evenly to child rearing (a non-negotiable for me when I decide to settle down)

Someday I'll be a mom, but not for at least five more years lol. And even then, I think I can only handle one
  13. Hope you guys are all having a relaxing Sunday! I'm going to meet my best friend's baby girl this afternoon :D Missed the baby shower and everything while I was in Boston, so I'm going to bring dinner over and what would have been my shower gift (a basket of all my favourite baby books, like Dr. Seuss)

  20. Khadafi;952079 wrote: That safferz interview contained many errors safferz. The BBC team will probably correct it. Before SYL, the organisation was called Hamar Youth Club and the chair man was Maxamed Cismaan maayow. The interviewed, the doctor says that the chair man of HYC was Garad Makhtal. I think he made a mistake here, HYC later changed it name to SYL and nationalism spread on to all corners of Somalia, including the british controlled Soomali-Galbeed. Garad Makhtal daahir (alle ha u naxaaristo) was the first to open a office their in jiggjiga and become its chairman... I believe he was talking about the leadership of SYL's branch in the @gaden when he said that. But he's correct that it was called the Somali Youth Club before changing their name to the Somali Youth League in 1947.
