  1. Nothing annoys me in public really, most of the time I'm so engrossed in my thoughts that I don't even notice what's going on around me, sooo many times i've walked past my friends without even lookin at them.. only for them to shout my name and disturb my peace.. speakin of people shoving stuff in your face, this reminds me of last year when i was walkin around campus and this Indian man who looked depressed, pulled me to one side near a bus stop and tried to give me a sealed white envelope, saying that it was gonna completely change my life!! I refused to take it but he asked again and i refused for a second time, he shrugged and quickly got on a bus.. i was thinkin about that all week..maybe he was gonna commit suicide that night and wanted to give all his wealth to me? or maybe it was a treasure map? I guess i'll never know, i convinced myself it was a poor attempt to copy a nigerian money scam to make myself feel better about it.. oh well.. what was this thread about again??

  3. it's not really hard.. it think the best and quickest video format to upload is an 'MPEG' file. once you upload your video from your mobile phone/camcorder into your pc, you can upload it straight away to youtube once you've registered. Videos are restricted to 10mb or 10mins length..(im sure you know all this..) You don't need to install any softwares in your computer, but i use a "Ram/RM to Mpeg converter" to change the file format sometimes.. hope this helps EDIT: if you have a 'director account', the video limit wont apply to you, you can upload large videos, but they all must be yours (copyright)

  8. These guys suffer from what my lecturer refers to as the T-Syndrome (twat syndrome) XulaXu it's worse than that actually. This one time in Sharjah, a taxi driven by a hindi (as usual) was behind a young emarati boy at the traffic lights, when the lights went green, the little bastar didn't see it so the hindi beeped at him..BIG MISTAKE! the boy got out of the car telling the hindi how dare he beep at him and *SLAP* across the hindi's face..maskiin, he just sat there helpless..if he reacted, he prolly would've been deported.. i was only 11 yrs old at the time, but i wished his head would be crushed under a car wheel..

  19. Film fans faint at Saw III show The Halloween horror hit Saw III was released on Friday in the UK Staff at a UK cinema have had to call emergency services three times in one night because of a spate of people passing out during horror film Saw III. One woman was taken to hospital and two other adults were treated by medics after fainting in Stevenage, Herts. And in a separate case, a man collapsed at a cinema in Peterborough, Cambs, "due to the film's content". "If you know you're squeamish, don't go," warned a spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service. "This is obviously a blood-thirsty film. Some of the scenes are fairly horrific," Matthew Ware told the BBC News website. All the incidents took place on Friday evening, one of the busiest nights of the week for emergency crews, he added. Discharged "Taking three ambulances out of the system on a Friday could potentially be a problem", said Mr Ware. A woman in her 20s was discharged from the Lister Hospital in Stevenage after being treated. And the two other cinemagoers - who had been at the town's Cineworld complex - were left "in the care of friends and relatives" without needing to be taken to hospital. A man aged 34 fainted at the Showcase in Peterborough, Mr Ware said. There was also a case of a 22-year-old woman passing out at Cineworld in Cambridge on Friday, but it had not been confirmed that she was watching Saw III, he added. The slasher movie is currently number one in both the UK and North American box office charts. A spokeswoman for the Cineworld chain said they did not wish to comment. I'm looking forward to watching the movie now...

    Next Ronaldinho

He's Turkish, and the team he's playing for is Besiktas juniors I think. At 10 years old, he's magnificent, but I'm sure there are a few players like him around the world. Whether or not they fulfill this potential is a different story. Untill I see Freddy Adu progress into a player of a world class calibre, I'm not gonna pay attention to any of these supposed sensations. Nii Lamptey anyone?
