So it's finally over then . I thought the ending was beautiful, and completely different to what I thought the story was about.

Ah of course, who can forget blowing at the game cartridge a few times whenever it didn't start properly (and sometimes into the cartridge slot just to make sure). Never failed me once . Back in the day we could only afford a famicom anyway, I think only one person had a mega drive in our village, that was a big deal. I still remember owning our first mega drive though, but it was when everyone upgraded to the PlayStation lol. I can't remember many game titles, but Ice Climber and Supermario were my favourites. The flying turtles in mario used to scare the crap out of me.

I'm still training, but I'm gaining more fat than muscle.. no I'm not doin any cardio yet cuz it's bloody hard. I bought a stationary bike last week but I immediately returned it the next day because it was so boring. I've been reading so much about the ZMA supplement. I finally tried them last night and it is true what they say about the weird dreams, I had one where a fire tornado hit our town, and others I can't remember.

I'm on the same boat Seeker, been following it since the first season, which was one of the best, but now the show is just crazy, literally. It's one of my favourite shows on tv, but whenever I recommend it to someone, I just can't describe what the show's about without sounding silly. I can't wait to find out all the sectrets!

haha tuna shakes? *stares in disgust* Enjoy the protein farts.. Today at the supermarket I saw these packs of four tuna cans in sunflower oil on a half price offer, £5-something to £2.49, I dropped everything else in my basket and stocked up on the tuna, I got 6 of them for a bargain! I was excited like a little girl how sad. I'm gonna return tomorrow to see if there's more. (I finished the box). *Edit: maybe not now after reading Cara's link* Tell us how the Ultra power supershake 2010 tastes..

I just came back from a quick test run, it was good, but my throat feels sore out of all places. And I managed 3 whole minutes, I'll add an extra 2 mins tomorrow. I'm targetting 20 mins by next Sunday. In your face Hodman! *self five*. What's goin on with your coat rack? That's an aweful lot of solid foods Adam, and 2 cans of Tuna? You're a very brave man hihih. What are your goals Adam? Jama's physique? By the way, I read that url as jama's tunna.

Choc & Honey.. but, I don't wanna do cardio . I'm not a bodybuilder (I certainly dont look like one right now) but I deadlift and squat close to 1.5 x my body weight, when I eat around 2000kcal I feel sleepy after a couple of sets of those lifts. Oh and did I mention I don't drink enough water? I think I may be a tad bit dehydrated.. Adam, brother. My diet is high protein/high fat/low carbs. It's similar to what I've posted on page 13, but my portions are really big, enough for 2 usually, it has changed slightly since I posted it. Check out Linwoods products, look at the nutritional value of each packet, it's such an easy way of bumping up your calories, you can sprinkle them over your dinner, and add a couple of spoons in your shakes, I buy mine from Holland & Barrett and use the 2 green ones. I also snack on mixed nuts, about a cup or less.

Choc & Honey, I'm thinking it's the 3500kcal+ per day, and as Tuuj mentioned, lack of cardio . I actually did a more accurate reading with calipers, lean weight gain was 3.5kg, and fat gain was more than 4kg . Cardio is so hard!

Good news is that I've gained about 4kg of lean mass in the last 3 months, bad news is that my fat gain is considerably more.. I've tried to run a couple of times this week, but I get painful shin splints, it has been bugging me for years. Help?

I didn't know about his cancer Naden, but I've just read that it's treatable so good news for season 5! The last episode was brilliant, I was so involved in the plot that i was literally rocking back and forth on my chair in the dark. Does anyone else miss Sgt Doakes? Hayam is True Blood any good? I hate watching anything to do with vampires, unless Wesley Snipes stars in it.

Oh I'm breaking.. I haven't downloaded anything again, but everytime I'm on youtube I check out a few videos. By the way, the 'related videos' tab is EVIL. Last week I downloaded this software called spotify, it's a massive library of shared music that you can listen to for free at any time, with no downloading or streaming necessary. I've stopped listening to music away from my pc though.. How do I quit that too? p.s. I got bored of Pete Price lah, he dus me 'ed in.

I feel really bad for missing my workout today, and on top of that I've just finished eating a Kit Kat Chunky and a Snicker bar (licking off the peanuts between my teeth as I type, my fav part). I don't recover from set backs that well, I either stay very disciplined or take that day off completely and go all out. I had strawberry cheesecake before the chocolates . It's a shame 'cause I've been doing well for the last couple of weeks, my legs and bum getting bigger and trousers starting to feel tighter. I've put on about 3kgs during the last 9 weeks, but I'll do my body fat calculations tomorrow, maybe. My diet is nearly like this: Work out day: Brekkie - Protein shake (whey protein, oats, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and some other crap i cant remember from the packet) With whole milk. Post Workout - Protein shake (Water, strawberry whey, frozen blueberries and raspberries) Simply delish.. Meal 1 - Omelette (5 eggs, an onion, can of tuna OR mince beef) Meal 2 - I spit the above meal in 2, i eat the other half now) Meal 3 - Mixed nuts Meal 4 - Massive grilled chicken breast, spinach served on top of fried onions, olive oil and lemon dressing. YUMMY! Bedtime - Casein protein shake made with whole milk, Fish oil capsule ------ No Workout day: Brekkie - Casein protein shake with whole milk, blended with mixed seeds (pumkin, sunflower etc etc) Snack - Mixed Nuts Lunch - Can of Salmon, Broccoli and spinach salad Snack - Carrots, cucumber, 2 Muller yoghurts Dinner - Same as meal 4 above, chicken breast. Bedtime - Same as breakfast minus the seeds, Black seed oil. Weekends I eat whatever's left from the week's shopping, order a pizza or cook baasto al forno with bechamel sauce, my fav meal in the world. I'm not entirely satisfied with my meal plan, I still feel hungry between the meals, it might be the lack of wholewheat stuff, dunno.

No one mentioned captain majid? I only saw the first 2 series because we didn't have a satellite dish back then. I still dunno if he fulfilled his dream of playing for Brazil Rami- Al sayyadul saghiir. Music free for almost 2 weeks now.. I've switched to radio talk shows whilst I'm studying (Pete Price, if any liverpudlians are out there). So far so good, but I do miss the music when I watch some tv shows and a good soundtrack comes on, I miss all my old songs. I love the songs from the show House MD.

Allamagan, read the ebook when you have a little spare time, its free and only 50 pages. It's mostly FAQ. *Warning: it may result in extreme motivation.* I'm beginning my 8th week on the program now, and lifting way beyond my initial expectations, all because of the small weight increases over the weeks. The body transformation sure takes its time though. Good luck buddy and let me know if you start it.
