^ I just thought hard about what I would do in that situation and got the answer. (just kidding by the way) Adam, seriously that Greek story was brilliant man, good stuff. This probably means that 1 in 3 people in SOL have serial killer traits.. which explains the way some SOLers behave online.

  10. Well.. on the positive side, at least we know how to not get caught, we're good at being on the run, unlike the other Afro Americans with the 'CAPTURED' stamp

Afro Girl, and if you see me you'll say I look 41! (Your avatar is quite distracting) Why don't you cut them close to the root? Doesn't it spread only when pluck them out?

A bit of ciro isn't bad, unless he started to look like a skunk. But Mascara? . He should be grateful he still has his hair! I'm 21 here, but I don't remember being 19 and 20 that well, they just flew by. I was only 18 the other day..
  13. I know saxib^, not the most pleasing smell. Mine is quite thick now, but I don't know if it's supposed to be like that. I'll mix some with my oatmeal in the next couple of weeks.
  14. How do you use it? Does anyone know what the shelf life of the oil is? Last July I brought a 500ml bottle of black seed oil with me from a holiday, but it remained unopened until now. The bottle was completely mummified with a plastic bag and rolls of masking tape, so it was pretty much away from any source of light. There's a hadith where the Prophet SAW says that black seed oil cures everything but death.
  15. True^^ Unlike Rivaldo and Ronaldo's previous stints at the club, I think Milan is the best place for Ronaldinho to return to his best at the moment. I think Liverpool should have signed Amantino Mancini before he moved to Inter. What about Quaresma? He's unlikely to move to Inter now.
  16. Ronaldinho is just a medical away from joining AC Milan, forming a fearsome trident attack which includes Kaka and Pato. With the experience of Inzaghi and emergence of Borriello waiting on the bench, (even as a Juve fan) I think they've got the best attack in Serie A now. One link.. +various sources
  17. Hey Lily. Read a couple of articles on Tabata training. The main concept behind it is doing a certain exercise in moderate to high intensity for 20secs and resting for 10secs. That's 1 set, you have to do 7 more for a total of 8 sets, which adds up to less than 4mins of exercise a day. It really works but at the end of each exercise be prepared to feel like puking or even pass out . Beats any 45min+ aerobic exercises tho.
  18. Alexander Mahone from prison break.
  19. Funny thread. I bet you haven't done the music instrument thing yet.. Buy an electric guitar Jimi Ngonge, and if you have a garage you can start the first somali rock band with your kids, the Dugsi Of Rock!
  20. Slow mo videos.. video1 So cool
  21. -I don't like the idea of eating 5-6 small meals, I prefer what I'm doing now, which is 2-3 big meals a day with more fruits and veggies. Bro than can actually lead to negative effects. Your body needs constant supply of nutritious food to fuel the metabolism. If your metabolism is slow, the body stores whatever it can get as fat. It's like a survival mechanism, if you skip breakfast and don't eat till afternoon, your body will store most of that food as fat, because it doesn't know when the next supply of food is gonna come. So it will digest that food slowly. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it kick starts your metabolism, and the more regularly you eat, the higher the rate is gonna be, which would eventually lead to weight loss. I'm gonna keep doing my current routine but I'll post updates of my meals and work out routines. No weight update tho

I dropped my passport thorough the window to his side If you'd slipped 500 Liras through instead, you wouldnt have had to go through all that trouble! What a funny place, continue the stories later.
  23. My friend has a room available in his house which he shares with his fiancée, and they're both Muslim. But some one told me that it's not permissible for me to live there according to the Shari'a, so is that true? I've searched online but I couldn't find related answers, and any helpful replies with evidence would be appreciated. salaam
  24. ^Makes me wish I studied Architecture instead, Northy. Rotating Wind Power Tower to begin construction in Dubai Dubai has garnered much attention in recent years with a never-ending supply of architectural wonders being built, or proposed, at a head spinning pace. Mostly these towering structures are grand and tall, but some are also green. We’ve covered many an ambitious Dubai skyscraper scheme here at Inhabitat, including David Fisher’s Rotating Tower, but there is new news from Fisher’s Dynamic Architecture firm. This self-sufficient, sun and wind powered design is making headlines once again as the Italian-Israeli architect has just unveiled the latest design for his twirling tower, and construction is set to begin this month! link
