Uganda is about to send the rebel Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), as we know this rebel joined the national army, they are trained differently, and are kept aside, and are not allowed in public or in any government owned institutions, the majority of Ugandans don't want those rebels to become their guardian. These rebels are the one's responsible of torture, abductions, rape and killings. The government of Uganda decided not to use it's national army for any peacekeeping missions in the place that used to be Somalia, so they are using their rebels for that reason, an exile mission of the LRA, the plan is that they will never come back to Uganda because of what they committed is still in large and ugandan people don't want the rebels to integrate and mix with the national army of Uganda.
