Another fact, since the 2 biggest tribes were against the rebels, then everything else is minority, which minority tribe will accept to be governed by another minority tribe. The complications of the tribe system is not something that can be even resolved by power sharing between the rebels, how did Gaddafi managed all those tribes is something the experts are weighing right now in order to fill the power vacuum.
