Rose, tell us one funny story that you came across Paltalk, thats when you get the time.
  2. aahh uuhh ihhh, now am back to normality after that atrocious/brutal last minute goal.. jeez!! We do have so many anti-chelski around. I do understand the frustration coming from Arsenal fans (the fact the can't stand Chelsea fc becoming the UEFA champions before them) but GOD forbid.
  3. ^^ wlc to fatherhood aah, it's the tenth masha-allah dheh..
  4. Thanks MMA. At least one of SOL elders feels the same way Chelsea fans feel
  5. oh, am sure you do know what happened to the temp since you knew about this news.

  7. Mabruk AT&T. Congrats this is special .. the pooh and diriq should be coming in handy eh, this should be the tenth masha-alaah ilaahey haaku ziyaadu ameen
  8. ^^ I think Man U will try the same sort of tactics as Chelsea due to the fact that anyone who tries to actually play football against Barca, (thus letting Barca play as well,) will get torn apart. Al-zee, this is bigger than football only those who are up there know what really happened. as for me I believe that was conspiracy against english teams.

I agree with everything apart from this ^^^. did you watch the game really. when Abidal was sent off the game was even harder. you cannot deny that UEFA are tired to see English teams in the finals and they can't stand that yaa Al_zee. Bob, spot on here, it has been engineered by Platini and UEFA to destroy all English final that would hurt them so much. nuune, you need to put yourself in their shoes. The Champions League Final is the absolute pinnacle of football. They were heartbroken last year, and missing out this year might have meant they won't get the chance again in their career,No chance, when a ref is as poor as that they deserve every bit of abuse they get. My piece: Chelsea should have had 2 pens tonight, no one could deny that, though the Abidal red card was questionable and Barca could have very easily had a penalty at the Nou Camp when Henry was tugged back, it was identical to what Toure did on the Chelsea player tonight, I think United will win the final, Barca can be vulnerable defensively, though having said that, football is a strange game at times. For both Fletcher and Abidal to miss the Final because you cannot appeal a red card(especially when it is dubious like that) is ridiculous (especially Fletcher).

    NBA 2009

Boston vs Orlando - Rashard Lewis and Hedo are soft. They are good players but they are finesse. Howard, Pietrus, and Alston are the only guys that have scrappiness to them. Boston is a team that usually does better after the first game. I expect them to win game 2 and game 3. This series will go 7 games in my opinion. Dwight Howard can dominate the boards but when they throw him the ball in the post Perkins puts a body on him and suddenly his lack of skill shows. Lakers vs rockets- t was a combination of both. The Rockets played good defense, but the Lakers missed a lot of shots they usually hit. If Trevor Ariza or Derek Fisher had hit their 3's in the 4th quarter the outcome might have been different. I'm worried about the Lakers, but people are getting ahead of themselves. I'm not convinced Yao Ming will put up 28 and 10 in the series and Ron Artest will definitely not shoot over 50% in every game. Cavs vs Hawks - I'm going to say Cleveland is going to win this in 5, 6 at the most. Don't see the Hawks pushing it to 7 . Mavs vs nuggets - I just can't see the mavs winning this one. howard is hobbled, dampier cannot battle with nene, no one on their roster can defend melo, and carlisle's already making excuses blaming the refs. i say nuggets get off to a great start tonight as opposed to last game and cruise the rest of the way. My final prediction Nuggets vs Cav's..
  15. LeBron officially won. Kobe 2nd, Wade 3rd. Full voting results: http://www.insidehoo ps.com/nba-mvp.shtml As expected, but still very well deserved.
  16. ^^ you had so much hope eh.. Man Utd were brilliant tonight, fantastic display, Rooney, Ronaldo and Evra all played really well but the unsung hero for United is Park, good wisdom of Ferguson giving him a new deal. I also think Wenger is an outstanding manager, and he and Fergie, are rightly appreciating each other at last, as they are BOTH great managers...(rather than this pathetic tit-for-tat slanging match they've had going on for the last few years...possibly sub-consciously egged on by the media perhaps....) Wenger has an outstanding record of bringing youth through the system and constantly amazes everyone with his ability every year to produce a skillful young team...it's all to do with the stability at the club and it's infrastructure over the years that Wenger (and his backroom staff) have established. I'm seeing people especially Arsenal fans - starting to make a few rumblings about 'spending' and getting in experienced personnel in to compliment the youngsters jeez..don't ya think he'd love to do that...but due to the financial constraints imposed by moving to The Emirates~his hands are tied HE'S GOT NOTHING TO SPEND!! It's OK impatient Arsenal fans saying 'They've gotta bite the bullet and spend or borrow more 'but that was always a long term plan. I have to say though that Arsenal did miss Arshavin tonight, though it probably wouldn't have affected the result tonight. PS: With 38,000 Blue fans behind us we have a very good chance of advancing, bring it on barca. Ronaldo's freekick.

    Why do people...

^^ looooool BOB, kwelli umeneena. that was a killer. Derek, if you are a fan of football(that includes playing football in your local team) and love watching football, I don't think it's questionable to not support a team that you love watching them play regardless the country they reside.

  23. Congrats ManUre, EPL is all in your hands. Originally posted by Hoos-Ku-Malable: Media boys, jump up! I am not moved by Arshavin at all. All the four strikes were defensive errors and nothing of class came from him. Not to deny he is a good player, but just becuase he scored 4 goals, in a game he hardly particpated in, doesn't change my mind. useless players scored hat-tricks too many times. Even Adebayour, as useless as he is, can score three. Reina was poor last night and should have saved some of Arshavin's strikes. In fact, before he scored the first goal, the commentator was wondering whether he is in the field or not! AT$T, His goals were all excellently taken, especially the 2nd. And for the 4th, busting a gut to run the length of the pitch after 89 minutes shows he's got the winner's desire to match the skill,Not many players can score four past liverpool at Anfield even if the defence wasnt up to scratch..... PS: A touch of the green eyed monster here here I suspect, I think you were being sarcastic on Asshshavin.
  24. Wake UP! Like (Petey greene - a washington based radio host in the 60's) use to say when he starts his morning show. Well I woke up at 3am in the morning to watch this game and I wasn't disappointed. Well can't say it was not an exciting game. I thought Arshavin was going to run out of fingers to hold up with the goals he scored. Great game but some shocking defending by both sides,I suppose that's a bit more worrying from a Liverpool perspective as they were more or less full strength at the back.Well I would have Skyrtel over Agger any day to be honest. Liverpool should have had the game wrapped up by half time and must have been shell shocked to go in at the break 1 nil down.Fabianski played really well tonight, for 45 mins anyway, Torres once again showed why he is the Worlds best striker at the moment,I suppose playing against Silvestre must have helped but with the form the Spaniard is on,even the best defenders can't stop him. Arshavin hmmmmm....words fail me. Great match absolutely.
