Oh and I almost forgot 2006: Beckham's freekick vs Equador to send england through to the quarter finals. Rooney getting sent off vs Portugal. Bob,AT&T,NG, and the others do tell your fovourable moments of world cup memories. Norf, Most likely England's line up would be.. Hart G.Johnson Terry Ferdinand/ledleyking A.Cole Milner Lampard Carrick J.Cole Gerrard Rooney

Ledley King! Best English CB in the league. By a mile. if he had two good knee's, he would be the best (its only his fitness record that stops him from taking this crown) Well done spurs, more than deserved.

We don't have rights here, once you break the law you end paying a hefty fine here in Oz-land. Everything Is fine fine, dhuunta ayaa lagu dhegeyaa. Ps: kiddin am not a pomy Resistance. You also have a batty man running for prime minister, now that's weird.

^ ^ you always come up with something false. Lol AT&T, Juxa is our royal queen. My dream always comes to a "no go zone" and I can't move because Layzie G passed by. errrrr...

Spurs vs Citeh, should be a beauty. This game is going to be massive. If City get an early goal it could be a classic but I think nerves may play a part and it could be tight and tense. I reckon it will be a draw, meaning Spurs can finish the job by beating Burnley on Sunday. But I'd like to see Spurs winning this one for once... Come on you yids!

^ ^ Ok boss WorldCup memory; 1986 Maradona.Say no more. 1990 - England Cameroon match was a classic. Cameroon being a quality side, and Italy's Schilachi coming out of obscurity to be the star of the tournament. 1994 - Bulgaria beating Germany in the quarter finals with Letchkov scoring with one of the best diving headers i have seen. I also remember Roberto Baggio's late goal to sink Nigeria and then his goals that got Italy through the quarter finals and semi finals. The brilliant Romanians, and Brazil vs Netherlands quarterfinal where the Dutch came from 2 goals down only to lose 3-2. 1998 - The build up to the final with all the hype over whether Ronaldo would play after having had a fit just hours before the game.He did play but was no where near match fit. Also Owen's wondergoal against Argentina. 2002 Ronaldinho's goal v England that he floated into the far post and Seaman misjudged it. 2006 - dull World Cup. Apart from the Socceroos being there, there was nothing good about this tournament for me. Boring games,I really hope 2010 is better than the last three.

Bob Your problems is not merely the lack of quality in the back line or the keeper but rather arsenal do not know how to defend as a unit. Inter showed the world how to defend as a team even when they were a man short,as Jose said they did not want the ball and kept on giving it back to them prefering to remain in their position and closing down all the gaps. It is not something new because teams like ManU,Chelsea have employed the same tactics against arsenal sucessfully and I can remember them doing the same during the early days. My point is until and unless arsenal learnt to defend as a team,it does not matter who they have between the post or among the back 4, they will leak goals. The solution is not simply to add or replace the players but in addition they need to employ a defensive coach and go back to basic as far as defending is concerned. The fact is you do not need to have a Nesta,Terry or a Buffon between the stick to keep clean sheets, the fact that your famous 4 consist of players signed from the lower division is proof. the key to their sucess.........Hours and Hours of being drilled to work and defend as a unit. As for Rovers tactics,it was simple, effective but at the same time ugly i.e send high balls into the box, crowd the keeper with players like Samba and Roberts with the simple aim of preventing him from reaching the ball and hope for the best. If Spurs win their next game they will be only 2 pts behind Arsenal, and if they played in the same manner that they did on Sunday there is a chance that they could take 3rd place if you lose your final game. Tuujiye that's more like it.

AT&T, iiwaran sxb! Bob, Tuujiye aan kuxumeynaa lee katahay. I know for fact ManU is the team you've hated for along long time.

Bob Great pointers there, You've fielded a team of kids and have done relatively well as fustrating as it is. Last season's collaspe was infinitely worse. Who actually looked at your squad at the start of the season and thought; title winners? Ngonge I think norf has some pointers, The problem, as i see it, is that Liverpool are not a bad team overall, but that they have just lost a bit of direction & focus. This is most evident with Stevie G, who at times this season has looked lost & out of touch. Lets hope he gets back for the world cup? But what do you think? What solution do you have/propose?
-
Ngonge forget about Chelsea & ManU, both are on course to win the PL. I think the most important factor was the lie the yanks told Rafa to get him to sign a new contract. There was no money available to him so the opportinity to have a crack at the title was lost. Anyone could see the squad wasn't good enough. I think what most were saying was if Rafa held onto all the players and added 2 or 3 there'd be a realistic title push but the squad actually started the season weaker which is fairly bad when you think about it.
-
Bob forget about B, his trying to prove something to some Sol'ers, I now believe that he is not the eurotrash YouTube freak a.k.a Marx My question is why have you divorced your team?
-
What went wrong for Liverpool & Arsenal? As for Liverpool, The thing is, the Yanks were there at the start of the season yet everyone who supports Liverpool had them as certainties for the title after the signings had been made... so you can't put the blame solely on them can you? So what exactly did go wrong? As for Arsenal, When they had that winning run, coupled with a favourable run-in, I thought they'd go close. I knew they'd drop points, which would cost them when there was little margin for error, but it's surprised me just how many they have dropped. I knew that was their title hopes over the day they dropped the two points to Birmingham, but had they held out, I wonder just how close they would have gone. The problem with Arsenal, along with their shite goalkeepers, is how often their season can destruct and turn sour on one moment. The end of the 49 game unbeaten run, blowing a two-goal lead at Bolton, the Eduardo injury game at Birmingham. Birmingham away seemed to be that moment again. Again, it's abit of everything that caused this two teams to drop out.

Who would have thought that the only English team to reach a European final this season would be Fulham ? And its not like they had an easy path either, it was possibly the most difficult set of teams possible in the Europa league that they had to play. Superb Fulham, Good luck at the final

Guys give credit where it's due, he said it from the start we all thought otherwise. And his prediction came out on top, more so LST came for his rescue. Well done oldman. Barca are very bad losers! Firstly Valdes was trying to stop Mourinho from celebrating with the Inter fans, Then they turn the sprinklers on right where all the Inter players are and gave them a good soaking. Very childish, Loved what Mourinho did though, He's a class manager. some payback for Barca cheating us out of so many potential CL wins... I want them to win now, just because Jose's after match quotes will be golden! Ps: Eto must be the one enjoying this moment so had at barce's face.
