GD, December is some time away, 5 months in fact - begs the question, why wait till the PSA has almost expired to then being activities in Dahroor? The above schedule would indicate that there is no activity or advancement in the project for the next 5 months! I would suggest that the seismic interpretation would have all been completed, unless of course they are not using computers. Why are they appearing to be dragging their feet?

The Mirage of Range Resources - the Market's Verdict...
kajdes replied to Mintid Farayar's topic in Politics
Some good points raised. However its not just Range Resources that are involved in the development of potential oil assets, its Africa Oil and now Raytec Metals. Attracting international investment at the best of times is difficult let alone when we have a world financial crisis. So who would invest if Range is not allowed to continue with their work? Any significant company looking to invest would simply investigate the previous issues. Investment is about trust. 100% of nothing is nothing. -

Puntland Oil Gas update + learn about new players.

Why has AOI decided on Raytek as a JV partner? What is it about Raytek that AOI finds attractive? Raytek is not in the oil and gas business. -
Somalipride thanks for your thoughts - I believe this would be a very exciting time for Puntland and Somalia - I have picked up a resistance to the project by various online news groups - some who can only see the small picture of money in their own hands

You Aussies haven't still given up that idea of drilling oil and natural gas from Northern Soomaaliya by corrupting a few officials, did you? thanks for your reply, you make me laugh! well well well, 3 oil holes in the ground? not sure what art or co-workers you refer to, I know of none and my interest is my own. at the end of the day if it wasn't for an enterprising few that were prepared to take a risk nothing would happen. its quid pro quo - no such thing as a free lunch - international help for ever? I dont think so.
