  1. Thx for the remind Beard. We Should Reflect More on the Prospect of Death, so that we may Think of what actions we take.
  2. Capello salutes Super Milan Sunday 2 May, 2004 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Roma boss Fabio Capello has conceded that Milan have deservedly won the Italian championship. “The best team won,” said the Giallorossi tactician. “At the end of the day the two League games between us, which Milan won, proved decisive.” “I want to underline that Roma have had a splendid campaign but it is evident that Milan have done better than us.” Commenting on today’s 1-0 defeat at the San Siro, Capello admits that his side gave away the first half. “We were absent for the first 45 minutes,” he stated. “We couldn’t string three passes together during the first period.” “After the break we were a lot more determined and that became visible. Unfortunately conceding that early goal to Shevchenko ruined our plans.” Capello raised a few eyebrows with his initial team selection as he started with Vincent Candela in midfield and Christian Panucci in the centre of defence. “I have no regrets about trying that,” he added. “I wouldn’t change any decisions that I made today. Milan simply deserved to win.” Roma had a clear penalty claim rejected but Capello didn’t want to comment on the referee. “We appealed for it but it wasn’t given,” he explained. “That is where the incident ended and that is that.” “The future? I hope that the team remains very competitive but that depends on the club’s plans. Yet I’m hopeful.” Rumours suggest that the Giallorossi may sell Walter Samuel, Emerson and even Francesco Totti during the summer. Roma may not have won the Scudetto but goalkeeper Ivan Pelizzoli has praised his teammates. “We’ve had an excellent season anyway,” said the youngster. “Milan have beaten us twice in the League this term and they therefore deserved the title.” The capital outfit went into today’s tie in the knowledge that they could have cut Milan’s lead at the top of the table to just three points. But an early goal from Andriy Shevchenko was enough to see their slim Scudetto hopes disappear. “We got caught out cold today,” added the ’keeper. “They scored early on and it took us the whole of the first half to organise ourselves.” The Giallorossi did look more competitive after the break where they were denied what many felt was a clear cut penalty. Francesco Totti’s free-kick seemed to be diverted by Shevchenko with his arm in the penalty area. “We certainly should have been awarded it,” added the former Atalanta star. “I saw it from where I was standing.” Pelizzoli concluded by commenting on the future with speculation rife that the club could sell some major players this summer. “Hopefully it will remain intact because we have formed a solid group here,” he added. “Totti? He will stay at Roma and play for a great Roma.” Good news for Giallorossi fans is that they will be playing in the Champions’ League next season after Juventus lost at Perugia. Roma are now assured of second place. -------------------------------------------------------------------- My sentiments exactly, at the ended of the game Milan beat us twice this season and so deserve the title. My only Consoletion came when we started Boming the cheating Rossaneri Black and Red , how a penlaty wasnt awarded i do not know. Anyway Forrca Seria A another splendid Championship Has Drawn to an End
  3. You are wondering why Im posting this ,because to be honest since I lived with my aunts ,Im scared of getting married and having children ,because I dont want them to end up like them.Im aware that nobody can predict the future and sometimes despite the best education ,some kids end up losers. I can see what you mean bambina, lakiin its a logic i hope that doesnt weigh you down for too long. For me i think the Key thing to emphasis is the Prolonged Absences of the Husbands/Fathers in Families. I am not sure (so nomads correct me if am wrong) lakiin the Islamic ruiling on Husbands being away from the spouces is that a period of More than 6 months is Wrong and in such a cricumstance the wife could apply to terminate the Marriage. If this is the case then it is with good reason, and thats all i would have to say from the Islamic stand point since i can elaborate any further. If a child is to grow up, to become a strong/disiplined Individual , that is to say not dependant on their parents to behave good 24/7, then they need their parents to help them develop good character, strong islamic identiy and Taqwa Clearly living in the countries we are in provides us with difficulties. Lakiin the parents/Parent will need to create an Islamic enviroment in the house for their kids to try to develop as good muslims. If a household is filled with disobediance, no order, and if Islam isnt the dominant feature where the kids grow up most of the time, if Islam doesnt dictate how things are organised and how people live, then clearly its not unreasonable to see a child grow up and take a bad turn. The fault i believe lies in the Parents consenting to living apart for soo long, its Not fair on the kids and certainly it isnt fair on the single Mothers.
  4. May Allah help all Muslims in these situations Yaa Rahman Yaa Rahiim. Amiin. Amiin

  11. Baggio: Grazie Italia! Wednesday 28 April, 2004 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Roberto Baggio claims this was the happiest night of his international career and took the opportunity to thank his legions of fans. "I wasn’t supposed to be on the field for that long,” he revealed, “but the Coach left me on longer hoping that I might score. It wasn’t to be.” The Divine Ponytail did go very close to getting on the scoresheet with a free kick and first half header, but after 56 caps his tally remains at 27 goals. This friendly game became a celebration for the 37-year-old who will retire at the end of this season. “This is very satisfying for me and I must thank all those people who showed me such affection not only tonight, but throughout my career.” However, Baggio did not suggest he would be back in the Azzurri jersey for the Euro 2004 tournament in Portugal. “This was obviously a very special night for me as it is the last one. I really wanted to play and unfortunately wasn’t 100 per cent fit, but I now have a few more League games left.” The veteran was even in doubt to feature for this friendly game, as he suffered a slight muscular problem during Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Perugia. “My leg troubled me again and this is one of the main reasons behind my decision to retire,” he confessed, “but I wanted this match so much that I played through the pain.” The Stadio Luigi Ferraris was turned into a shrine to Baggio and he admits it was a moving experience. “The nicest things said to me tonight were the banners and chants from the crowd. These are words that will remain etched upon my heart.” There was also a special gift from his teammates to mark the occasion with a career first. “I must thank Christian Panucci especially, as he was meant to wear the captain’s armband for the second half, but he handed it over to me. It was the first time I had ever worn it.” Retirement now seems inevitable at the end of the season and Baggio tried to dampen reports he would stay on for another year at Brescia, Anderlecht or even Fiorentina. “This moment is not easy for me, but it has to happen to everyone eventually. I thank all the clubs who have contacted me, but my choice has been made and it is unlikely I’ll go back on it.” “I am nonetheless a professional and always aim to have the best, so if this means Euro 2004 I’ll be very happy. If not, I’ll still be content with what I have.” Giovanni Trapattoni hinted during the press conference that he was considering Baggio as part of the squad flying to Portugal. “Trapattoni said he leaves the door open for everyone and that also applies to me, but that is it. I already thank him for giving me this opportunity.” When asked to look back over his long Italy career and find his favourite moment, Baggio took an unusual decision. “Tonight is certainly the international match that I will love the most. In a career you go on to win many trophies and games, but it’s so rare to feel such emotion and love from a crowd.” The 1993 FIFA World Player of the Year and Balon d’Or winner also mentioned who he considers to be his heir. “Andrea Pirlo is a great player with immense talent and I think he will go on to become a fantastic star for Italy and Milan.” Baggio is now walking towards the future and could give up on football altogether, although there are plenty of job offers as a pundit. “I think that when I hang up my boots I’ll want to do something else with my life,” he smiled, “but we’ll see what happens in the future. Thank you to everyone.” -----------------------------------------------------------------
  12. lol wariya wariya you no i got to reprsent If am honest i rate them on the same level Ronaldhino is Just On Fire at the Moment. But i defiy anyone who has seen Roma's Last 2 Games to Dispute any Long that Totti isnt amongst the top 3 if not the best player in the world.
  13. lol@ Caramel Na abayo Figo, he is a good player, but nowhere near the best. He is known around the football community as the Portugeze waiter would juts like to state from the outset i rate Henry, he is a trully talent player aey Ramp who is currently on his game. But best player in the world    NO NO NO Many better players than henry Caramel Dont by the Hype. Best players at the moment Ronaldinho On a Par with Totti, not as consistent though Totti (in my Humble opnion The Best in the world) Pirlo/Kaka Milan Henry deserves to be on a short list due to his consistancy over the last 3 yrs, but his cosistent A.W.O.L in crunch Champions League games reminds me his still to mature But still the ageing Master remains the Standard Setter Zendin Zidane. Unfortunately for him, he is surronded by super-star names and a conference defence that has hampered and prevented us seing his genius peform regularly

Jamaal, Ameenah, , Shaqsii, Barwaaqo, Sophist, Dawaco, Sthm_Lady to mentions those that spring to mind right now Baayinal stubborn, excellent to wind up , but never takes any of my Italian Propaganda, would be good to catch up with this Nomad once, even if it ended up with a mass football brawl Winger Again was what i thought, Top Lad, Manqunian and a man after my own Taste, Footie Northner Always came across as being Down to earth, Good sense of Humor, and common sense that not all are endowered with. Although being a long sufferin ScouserNomad follower of Lpool (who Incidentally won 1 - 0 againts Man u Winger ) has ment that he as a tendancy to want to go of the rail P-Sue, came across as being abit superstious, perhaps wacky as her name suggest, but i didnt seen any pyschotic tendancy, although they do say pyscho's are very good at covering up they true feelings Always Learning comes across as being pretty laid back, Intelligent, and as her name suggest always seeking to improve on her knowledge, a 10/10 match on the persona i think
