The Part-time Puntlanders and their websites are the "radical" Diaspora Maakhir, they made up the new state and they are the ones I am referring to as they! Amistad, Well according to the UN report you posted it said that Atam has built an airstrip (which really only involves clearing rocks and other debris and smoothing the land.) As well more than likely most of the weapons travel through transport trucks, which are continously coming up back and forth day and night. You even mentioned dhow, which is also a possibility!
