  1. Who cares about her opinion...she is so irrelevant that even the dutch chased her out! She fought against immigration yet was exposed to have lied when entering Holland as an immigrant.
  2. It's interesting that Xaaji can show the paid people that came out to celebrate the so-called political party rally....but you can't produce any evidence that anyone allowed ballot boxes in these same regions! In fact there was sadly (s)election officals that were attacked when they tried(AUN). We saw pics from the burco-hargeysa-bebera triangle and borama but nothing from Sool or Sanaag. The secessionists seem to fail to realize that if they feel they have the right to choose to be independent, than the people from Buhoodle would logically have the same right to determine their destiny. You can't claim like you always do that you formed a government after fighting for your independence from Somalia, and than turn around and say that every other community has to follow you without question! It ironic that your regional government in Hargeysa is saying they broke away from Somalia and that people from Buhoodle and the surrounding must follow this. It doesn't work that way! If you have the right to self-determentation like you say, so does every other community.

Xaaji Xunjuf;694076 wrote: Army Boosting Forces After Deadly Unrests In Eastern Somaliland KALSHALE (Somalilandpress) — The Sool, Sanaag and Ceyn group, abbreviated as SSC, on early mornings of Monday launched a counter-attack against army positions in the village of Kalshale. The army was originally moved to the area to shore up a fragile ceasefire between two warring local clans who clashed over grazing pasture and water sources after a server drought. Ahhhhh, finally!! So it seems NWsomaliapress is finally letting the truth come out. That the SSC conducted a "counter-attack", meaning they responded to an attack from the hargeysa militia....and it was not the SSC attacking first. Even NWsomaliapress knows that hargeysa militia were the initial aggressors.
  4. What will happen Xabsaade will switch sides? And so will Lascaanood? Just remember, the armed opposition (SSC) right now are fighting and saying they don't want to be part of seceding from Somalia!.....I don't think you and your secessionists understand the magnitude of this and how much it hurts your agenda. You see, it would be one thing if they said we are fighting for 'more representation in your gov't', or 'they want more development from your government'. But they are not! They are saying very clearly "We want to remain with Somalia'........Thus, you need to understand that your quest to gain international recognition and allies is being destroyed by the fact that you have fighting taking place in one of your alleged regions by a group that is against you breaking away. To put it simply....the SSC unity fight are hurting your indepedence goals!
  5. Then why after the battle is your defense minister and other regional government officials blaming Puntland for the fighting? And saying the rebels are "Puntland based." Remember your own officials are implicating Garowe! So according to Hargeysa we are not sidelined and in fact are very much involved!
  6. SSC attacked? Wasn't the news for the last few months that your enclave had the rebels surrounded and closing in on them? So how are SSC the attackers? If you surrounded someone that is an act of aggression! The SSC freedom fighters are responding and defending against that hostility. I highly doubt the SSC fighters and leadership are worried at all about your militia reinforcements. But I am certain they will definitely let the media know that they simply want to remain part of Somalia and are being attacked by a group that do not hold that goal. The SSC are becoming stronger by the day and have grab the attention of many!
  7. Somalialnd :D JB nice to see you are leaving the SNM vision!!!
  8. No! In Galgala the leader was too scared to show his face because he was a wanted man, he only did audio recordings. Plus he was hiding in the mountains and admitted to retreating after every attack. Puntland leadership toured area's captured from the terrorist group. In Kalshaale, the freedom fighters have the upper hand, in which its leadership are organized members of the diaspora. They want one goal, and that is not to be divided by secessionists from the rest of Somalia. They have no issue being interviewed and photographed and have a well known strong hold of buhoodle as a base. NW Somalia's leadership goes no where near the area's.
  9. Jacaylbaro;693369 wrote: One thing u have to know is that YOU ARE OUT OF THIS ...................... SSC milita are local and the problem there will be addressed as such. JB, seems you are wrong once again! According to the Somaliland defence ministry, clan militias from Puntland attacked a Somaliland army base in Kalshale village. So I guess "we are not out of this" as you tried to but in black bold letters in order to misinform! Your own so-called defence ministry as even accused Puntland! http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20110207/wl_africa_afp/somaliaunrestpuntlandsomaliland_20110207192215 <--Yahoo
  10. "It is a pity that the clan militias from Buhodle district broke their promise to end the conflict in the region," Somaliland defence minister Ahmed Ali Adami told reporters in the regional capital Hargeysa. "They attacked the Somaliland armed forces in Kalshale village but the army responded and inflicted casualties on the enemy. We cannot provide further details on casualties at this time," he said. An elder in the Buhodle district, which lies on the southern end of the disputed border and near Ethiopia, said that the attackers had lost five of their men in the operation. What a professional sounding "defence minister." On that note, I am amazed at how organized the SSC are and how they are not on the defensive but offensive. Hopefully fighting will cease as they only people that will suffer are civilians.
  11. Eight killed in disputed Somali village Fighting broke out Monday in a village on the disputed border between Somalia's northern breakaway states of Puntland and Somaliland, killing eight, officials and witnesses said. According to the Somaliland defence ministry, clan militias from Puntland attacked a Somaliland army base in Kalshale village. "We are getting information that the armed militants lost five combatants in the fighting while witnesses sid three Somaliland soldiers also died in the battle," Mohamed Jibril told AFP by phone. He said the fighting lasted several hours and that tension remained high in the entire area. "The toll can rise but so far residents are reporting eight killed in the clashes and 18 others injured, including civilians," said Mustafa Idris, another local elder. "The Somaliland forces currently control the village," he said. The Somaliland authorities have repeatedly accused the administration in neighbouring Puntland of being behind clan violence in the disputed area. Puntland declared itself autonomous in 1998 but long retained close ties to the central administration in Mogadishu while Somaliland, which broke away soon after Somalia began its descent into chaos in 1991, is more peaceful than the rest of the country and is seeking international recognition.
  12. Jacaylbaro;693314 wrote: The militia attacked a Somaliland Military base in Kalshaale. The Somaliland forces responded the attack and counter attacked the militia. The militia then ran away back to their hideout around Buuhoodle town. Seriously JB, if you are going to try and pretend to be smart by pointing that out, atleast dont be guilty of the exact same thing on the same thread. If that's the best you got, that is fine. One thing is for certain, you or I cannot say what the SSC motives are, so your talk about this being a local issue is just speculation.....only the SSC can! Which is quite clear. They refuse to break away from Somalia and the return of Lascaanood from Xabsaade and his alligiance to the hargeysa admin. One things is for certain, the freedom fighters are becoming more bolder and coordinated and are on the offensive as they work to expand!
  13. Actually that is why you are totally unable to defeat them and needed to call ethiopians. Where do you think they are getting resupplied? Ethiopia, Laascaanood? Who do you think their allies are? We may have our differences but we are both against secessionism. So no, we are not out of it, we are very much involved....just like we were when Riyaale was chased out!
  14. Wow, I like how the SSC has forced you to respec them. Unfortunately they have refused any dealings with your secessionists agenda...as long as their goal is to be part of Somalia than we are allies! They will only become stronger insha'Allah.......keep writing your misinformation JB.
  15. JB, the SSC freedom fighters....they have become so organized and bold they are now lauching attacks. So much for closing in on them!
  16. Lol, so this is your version? Which is obviously not unbias! One thing is for certain, they are becoming more bold and stronger. In such a short time they are attacking your militia!
  17. The Zack;692996 wrote: Thankful, :D the minister thinks Ethiopia and Somalia are one country LOL. The map is hilarious, but the fact that it is in a so-called ministers office makes it unbelievable. Eritrea isn't even there! I think the person that made it and put it up must have been under the influence of a certain green-stimulant!
  18. The Zack;692951 wrote: I like this map in the background, quite creative! LOOOL, I saw that too. I was thinking that - wow our NW Somali brothers have enough trouble with their own borders, but I never realized they were confused with the rest of East Africa! Remember this is suppose to be a so-called ministers office!
  19. JB, if you dont mind me asking. Can it be said that also Tunisia, Yemen, Jordan and other places have been influenced as well by you guys? Why just Egypt?
  20. Liqaye;692864 wrote: Why did the chicken cross the road.....because somaliland Inspired it to. Lol!!! I have been watching all the news outlets and everyone is saying that Egypt became inspired by Tunisia's successful ouster of a iron fisted dictator...I have yet to see any one to credit JB's enclave yet!
  21. Sometimes I feel like I should give the secessionists a break it trying to bring them down to reality. But then JB comes and posts the most absolutely hilarious thread we've seen and its impossible not to laugh. JB you need to realize that what you posts indicates that you actually believe it is news worthy enough and should spread. Is this actually a story you feel has any substance? Just think logically; soon after Mohamed Bouazizi set himself on fire in Tunisia, the regime there started to crumble and when it did, it immediately spread to Egypt and other places. If NW Somalia's so-called "democracy" inspired Egypt than please tell me why all this didn't happen back in June when you had your (s)election??? Like someone said, just because you see a title you like, doesnt mean you have to post it loool. I'd be lying if I said I wanted you to stop these ridiculous posts to honest, because it's a good source of comic relief that can cheer those of us subjected to the cold winter days though!
  22. Lol, let him continue, it’s good to be proud of one’s history - especially considering he at the top of the hegemony. The pride is obviously not found in the armed opposition groups! Anywho, the first two leaders can't be considered democratic appointments or transitions since Abdirahman Ahmed Ali Tuur {AUN}, courageously rejected the secessionist’s agenda and wanted to reconcile with the rest of the nation! Egal {AUN} was in power for almost 10 years and had passed away while in office.
  23. Lol, of course you don't see it that way and use the clan card! I personally hope that Puntland adopts a rule that forbids people from certain regions that have already had a president come from their area from being allowed to run again for president until others have been allowed. Everyone must have the oppurtunity to lead! Hopefully next elections will see this!
  24. But your 4 come from a very small portion of your entire alleged enclave. Your leaders represent a small segment of the land you claim as your borders. How is it possible that one group has become president the majority of the time and the biggest area's have been excluded? Dictator or 1 group rule = little difference
