OK, I have like many turn offs...but my number ONE biggest turn off is Broken english ! Let me clarify that some more. If you have been in the country for over a decade (that's most of the 'malis) and your english is not upto par...I'm sorry but your out of the picture. I especially don't like guys who talk in slang. I would love 2 go to the Toronto International Film Festival!!! I'm thinking of buying tickets soon (if they don't run out) Here in the MotorCity...we have many festivals by the river. The african fest is the best. There is also the mexican festival, carribean festival, African-american music festival, etc... The best festival of the summer I've been to was the Electronic festival!! Good music, tons of people!

I think freeway and Mosdef are both sunni muslims. Personally, I like Mosdef, especially his first CD...He usually talks about issues in the african-american community..I don't think it did that much harm.. However, I hate this cat named freeway. Malaika, Hey sweety! well How long does it take to heal cuz i had mine for about 2 years...and it looks healed but every once in a while that bumb appears and i have to put like 2 pounds of MAC NC50 to cover it all ...on and off ...

girl, I am having that same PROBLEM with my pierced nose!!!!!!! I will try the hydrogen peroxide....and see if it actually works, even if its temporary! Also I heard that tree oil will treat it..but I haven't been able to try it either..so I'm going to a tattoo parlor to see what they say.... I thought I was the only one suffering with that problem! Khayr, First of all, you don't even know this brother that you are speaking of. So what if he speaks english without an accent? How do you know of his circumstances and how he grew up? How do you know that just because he doesnt know how to speak Somali makes him any less somali and muslim. Fact is, you DON'T know!
