Ahlu-Hadith, There is nothing wrong with following the Prophet's way as he is the messenger of God. However, you must realize that when the hadith was being compiled 70% of it was tossed out due to fabrication. Also, it was put together about 200 years after the Prophet's (pbuh) death. So there is an issue of fallibility in Hadith. Even learned scholars can tell you that. The only unchanged book is in the Koran. I will disclaim this as my views and views of many others. While there is knowledge in the Hadith, I feel that it should compliment the Koran. All I have asked you was that you give me an ayaat that says that women get less ajar when praying in the mosque, and you still haven't done that. Feebaro, Obviously you don't even know your basics.

I have a concern with people giving islamic advice on the forum. Why do I have this concern? Has anyone looked at the Islam forum lately? There are so many nomads that ascribe to certain teachings and sects, some drastically different than mine. While I respect all sects/teachings/theologies of Islam, I have people constantly trying to convince me of their views to the point where I have to state that "I am not a ____". If I say I am not a salafi, ahlu hadith, shia, sunni, etc etc I will be told to listen to "knowledgeable" people. The problem becomes apparant when people who don't know much about the religion are adviced by many people with different views. Some of those advise-givers don't even don't bother referring to the "Real" source (the Koran) but to other books/documents/religious teachings. How can this problem be solved?

I was 16, I found that our nearest amusement park was hiring. So I applied online and the next thing I know I am employed. That was the best job I've ever had. Got free pass the entire year, free hookups at the restraunts, extra tickets for family members, even a promotion for my second year. **sigh** I miss that job. But the negatives (which hardly effected me) was the 1 1/2 busride to and from the job and the manual labour I had to do. It was well worth it thou. The best advice to getting the job is be professional: in dress, in manner and in speech. Also, try to find a job in your area ie. Malls, plazas, local business, or at Tim Hortons (cuz God only knows their everywhere).

If its not in the Koran, then I look for the another hadith that does support, otherwise I'm not obligated to follow it. There is only one infallible book in the world, get where this is going?
