I can't say whether I agree or not, but I do know that Iraq has never had to vote for a president for 50 years. And apparantly, Iraqis are showing up to the polls. It must mean they do want to choose their leader. Whether Iraq will always remain a puppet to the hedegomon that is America...is an entirely separate topic!
