Yes because one of the community doesn't recognize such Xukuumad.. These communities lived side by side and within for so long and they can sort their issues by themselves like they used to. XX, your problem is that you keep repeating and insisting the existence of never existing thing which is s/l and its army. Right there is the problem.. The two fighting sides are one aggressor and other self defender.. Aggressors are not innocent but defenders are innocent which mean they are not guilty of any crime.. They are defending themselves.
