Garowe has some really good town planning probably one of the best in Somalia, even if you look it up on google earth you see how well it's planned. It has very wide roads, neighboorhood blocks and not just random houses being build wherever people want. It only needs some more greenery, paved roads and trash removed from the streets and it would be a first world city.

The real Puntland (with actual Puntland police, army, authority and rule): Bari, Nugaal, Northern Mudug Others are just claims.
