I was so shocked when I heard it on the radio this morning. Im thinking this lady has definatly got some form of psychiatric illness. Subxan'Allah, I hope she has a good support network, she's going to need it.

My god how strange is this. I was thinking that exact same thing all day today. I’m stuck in a Marian Keyes novel, my 3rd by her (ironically this book’s characters are aspiring authors) and couldn’t shake the feeling of wanting to write myself. I think the ability to tell a story with such conviction that one’s imagination takes flight and doesn’t even need any imagery is an amazing talent. Funny enough here I am reading this post lol. But I think my ambition to be a writer will be short lived, just as that of wanting to become a professional ice hockey player after every Mighty Duck’s movie, or the urge to find and beg an elderly Okinawan to be my Mr Miyagi and teach me some HAEEYAA moves when I first watched Karate Kid. My friends have always told me I have a short attention span and bore very easily, could they be right? I doubt I would be any good though, plus compared to some of the talents I’ve seen in SOL how could I even consider to compete.

AfricaOwn, Observant is an understatment my friend. Lily Legend, of course a really nice pair of shoes are ones that have all the above mentioned qualities, compliment the trousers and the whole outfit, and show a Farax took interest in what he wears, and as such, will most likely be immaculately dressed for any given future occasion, one hopes. Xalimopatra Subxan’Allah, reading this topic hits close to home. Seems when ever you be yourself, no strings attached and raw, it bites you where it hurts the most. People misinterpret everything, and loyalty has become a 7 letter word with no basis. It’s so easy to be bitter, and so difficult to forgive that’s for sure. Friends become enemies. But the guilt of not giving people another chance always haunts you. What bothers me more is how easy people deliver judgments over mistakes and flaws giving it bigger weight. All parties involved have their own dilemmas and issues going on behind closed doors, and silence is often perceived as omission, then the Chinese whispers begin. Life it seems can be a real B!tch. Sad how easily we let it consume us.

So when are the rest of you lot coming down under ay? It is the place to be :cool:

This happened because of a failure in the health system and poor managment. I dont think the surgeons are to blame, some one should have picked up the problem further up the line, ie when addmitted to the hospital. Very sad to see such problems and unfortunatly not very rare.

LoL Australia takes the cake. About 150 Somali youths started a brawl at one of the Shopping complexes, all blacks were literly kicked out of the facility. all on Eid day just a couple of weeks ago. Then the next day was at the Eid festival here where i witnessed 2 grown a$s women have out with each other infront of at least 50+ patrons. It took about 5+ security guards to retrain one of the women. 10mins later she's yelling my children where are my children. What a joke, talk about setting a good example!
