NGONGE;692208 wrote: Are you deliberately being flippant here or did you not read the first post on this thread, warya? She gave the reasons why already ( and hardly any were political ). As for your other points, maybe y ou should go have a word with Andrew Mitchell in Hargeisa. Now whose being politically flippant? eh

I see no problem of Somali landers identifying their place of birth as SL - so long as they identify their race and language as being Somali ..or even their nationality as being Somalilander - just make sure they identify themselves as being Somali at least once be it either in language or ethnicity.

I am taking bets on - whose next - next moves - whether they will follow the same formula - same pressures from the international puppeteers.

@blame the parents. or is it possible that you are an Arab? hence would be lying if you claimed that you were Slanderer ;)

blessed cayda kuguma oggeyn maxaa dhacay huuno - haddeerna ma waxaad leedahay Qardho waa wax lagu qoslo? Burco iyo Qardho ba waa iska nacday ma islahayd? :D

^adigu vagabond baa tahay ee - na daa ninyahow - can you see dad tuulo leh baanu la tartamaynaa adiguna xamar baad mesha la soo taagan tahay. Blessed - haa - it has different meaning - funny man waa cay in Af Qardho - but adigu hadda ma waxaad leedahay - Burco tuulanimada kuma nicine - boodhkan ku nacay??? Serenity - Qardho is galaxy's friendliest place - you would love it in instant - where as if you were to visit Hargaysa or Burco - they would have to grow on you to love them- they are acquired taste
-
Horta maxay reer burco u diidan the label 'Tuulo' for Burco?? - does it have different meaning over there? Only asking - you don't have to call me - a funny man!
-
^^that would be only possible if you were born before 71 in what was known as British protectorate of Trucial States - as a British subject??
-
not every Somali - take me as an example - i have not lied about anything - my brother did on my behalf - as he claimed i was under his care. my passport says born in Qardho. p.s. LST is right - ibti is wrong - if they really want to find out - they can - is just that it is bit tedious and really not enough to prosecute someone on.
-
blessed - i got tired of putting it next to other little tuulo by the name of Burco - marka magaladii Hargaysan hadda barbardhigayaa PS. re the lights - it is no joke - we are famous for that - as the only village in Africa with street lights

indeed, Innaalilaahi wa innaa illaahi rajicuun - amiin to all the ducas - sabar iyo imaan to OZ and family - AUN your father.

Thanks you two - but unfortunately like all others before - they don't undertake individual request specially if its already translated . Oh why can our people get their own things legalised?
-
Ibti - not yet walaalo - hence the niyad jab unfortunately there would not be any muqmad as i have put the frighteners on my beloved mum about bringing anything other than her one cloths luggage (not even pressies for the little ones) in an attempt to ensure she does not over burden herself. Sabrologo = Deed
-
Ibti - not if i have anything to do with it - as CCS interviewer and non compliance co-ordinator (after 27 march) i will strike off any form filled with Burco, Somaliland and replace with Qardho, Somalia
-
Oh nothing a quraan saar and sight of my beloved mother can't cure! Ahlan Juxa, actually you might be able to help me with something - do you know of any certified Somali/Italian interpreter with a stamp - who can authenticate a self translated somali letter and the Sabrologo that goes with it, which is written in Somali and Italian??
