^^^Wakh Wakh iyo Waali baan maqlijiray! i didn't know it was reference to you. what do you mean 'maxaa kaa daba dhijay', whose following who here - this is my thread i'll have know. Dolly Parton na waa dhegeysataa? wakh wakh iyo waali baan kugu ogahay - i thought it was compliment being compared to you, now i know it was an offence - where is that JB - i am going to sue for defemation.
-
KK - Ayeeyo, how many dreams did you have?
-
Cara: I'm divorced AND older than you. that is even better - Ngonge knew what i wanted there was no down payment - you came for free, as part of negotiated settlement for offence caused by Ibti. as for what 'islamic way of governing' means to me; it means ruling by the will of Allah as prescribed in the Qur'an hadith and as understood by the companions of the prophet(pbuh) especially the 4 rightly guided khalifas.

Malika - i am the epitome of typical somali man! as for this young man, i shall forward him your address when he opens that chicken and shop in somalia. as for the ideas exchanged here: whilst you all have valid arguments and made some interesting points; i must bring you back to reality and that is: We all have to prioritise our ideas and acknowledge what is doable and what is not. there is nothing wrong with this young man's plan even though i believe he said this in jest for his known for his like of chicken and chips. but let say he was for real, then that should endire him to get some education and career in this country for him to fulfil his altimuate goal, which is to go back to somalia and open that shop. After all having any kind of dreams is better than living or having just nightmares.

Sayid, If I decipher the code right, do you mean F in english and D in Somali? Macalin aabihii! LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL maya! ee meelkaley kala dhacday - i meant as F in Somali and D in English, but your one is sick - if it is what i think it is.
-
the solutions to abdi's problem starts with F in the mouth of Soomaali man and D in the English man's tongue. Are you with me?

Malika Mpenzi, Ibti Ina Abti, We somalis are known for our legendary nicknames, we do not shy away from calling a spade, a spade. however for the record i do not call the boy fat boyb in real life. He happens to be one of my favourite students and yes the students do go on about his weight, but if he thinks there is any malice in to why they saying it - he sits on them untill they cry. as for what i think of his plan - well it is a plan and it is better than having no plan or worse plan. i was more amazed by the specific location in somalia that he wanted to open - maybe it is a family plan. Norf1 - have you heard about a thing called a "myth of return" where by people even built houses back in their country but they are still empty fifty years later?
-
^^^importing obesity to somalia is innocence?? pull the other one dear. and where did i give this little kid a complex?
-
Originally posted by Kool_Kat: Sayid, what did you want do when you grew up when you were at the age of 11? Were you a fat kid or a typical skrony Somali child with lugo istakiin? Leave the child be and have his dreams! at that age, all i wanted was to look after the camels rathern those darn goats and i was the latter (skinny and strong) It was wrong to ask the kid that question in the first place. His replay was right though, he just said what he likes no more no less. nothing wrong with the question nor his answer if that is what he actually intends to do - i just hope he would lay off the chips and the chicken to reach his goal. I don't know about you guys, but i would definitely eat at "Fat Boy's Chip Shop" me and you both - but where is burtinle?
-
Salaams all - hope all is well and well is all.

^^adigu horta kuma ahayd?
-
what habits are those?
-
^^how do you know he is poor? since fatness is equated with wealth in african. what is selesteem and do somalis have it?
-
the response of 11 year old fat somali boy: "i am going to open a chicken and chip shop in Burtinle, Somalia" Sayid: what are you going to call it? 11 year old fat boy: *says he is going to call after his name* Class mate: call it "fat boy" now my question to you lot is - which one of you is going to eat there? and what do you think of this young man's plan?
