  1. Ibtisam, Poor nephew,he getting dhaqancelis..I think he will like it there,I have a good feeling. but my main focus has been how to get YOU get back home for once and see how things are.. overcome your fears luv ,Xalimopatra has gone already,so maybe she can tell you of few of the positives she met while she was visiting back home. loool, yeah he getting dhaqancelis, OVercome my fears   of what? (other than animals and skinny farahs with AK40's ) Ridwan: i did not recognise you in your new dirac/ macawis good to see ya.
  2. ^^you wanna take that back or I'll show yo trash  As for LA, i can't speak of it, never see, never been.
  3. ^^come you could’ve come up with a better first post! i say try again. Wearing Jeans does not make you an outcast in society and fit in with another! the Muslim's of Bosnia wore jeans, had blue eyes and blond hair and they still did not fit in. Anyone who wears something to fit in is deluding themselves. As i said people wear it because they think they look good, or they find it comfy or they find them warm in the winter or the can't walk in skirts, etc. JB: blond   what got into you? that does not even suit a white dude, let alone a skinny dark farah lool just kidding,
  4. ^^lool^ Val , Serinity J.lee ,Ibtis and many more will sure be punished for looking good on those Jeans, or was it for showing it off? or was it for loving who they are? i really don't know for what , i just want them punished. Repent to your God girls and swap those Jeans for an ugly garment. by ugly i mean , unattractive. You best run while you still CANold man!!!
  5. ^^^^loooool Most people do. My family told me in the weekend they were not coming coz they are going on holiday instead! so i might even go really, and they have sent us our qualifications by post already. SO might just save my money instead.
  6. Nafta: I tried the stylist at topshop, It was so funny, seriously it was the most funniest experience in ages. Lets just say nothing fitted me, too tight, too loose, too short, too long, to dull and very strange looks to say the least. Maybe I’m just not experimental enough, I was horrified as some of her suggestions! Lool. Water: I think I just might, I have one WEEK to find an outfit, lool. Camabro i like the blue number, where is that available? Thanks everyone else much appreciated!.
  7. ^^loool^^^ don't be so sure dear
  8. "in the mean time you shouldn’t' give up on telling them, keep telling them until they come in terms with what is good and there is force in involved in the process of telling someone what is good" Ridwaan, people like you will drive me mad in real life, seriously I would’ve avoided you like a disease . lool. People wear jeans etc because they want to, not because they think it is the correct Islamic dressing to wear. They choose to be disobedient, or follow a different path in life than what Islam teaches them, lecturing them doe not make a difference, if anything it push's them further away from the community. I hate snobbish so "called religious people". They drive me up the wall. Judgmental little brats, who think God, sent them down as angles to look at everyone's actions but their own and lookdown on everyone. Get a life people. SURAMBAYA, what are you the hijab police? Personally i don't wear one, I spend too much money, effort and time on my hair to cover it up! Everytime i decided i'm start, i change my mind, because of many reasons, one of them being i hate with passion people coming to me, and acting like i reverted back to Islam or something  " Marshallah the say "allah has finally guided you, you look like............." Few months ago I invited this lady (friend of my family who for the last 10years sat in her high chair expressing her opinion on me to everyone and anyone) to help me change my wardrobe around to suit a hajibfied girl, she even had issues with my shoes! ( too high, make too much noise, to bright, open toes) my jackets, boots, handbags, even my coloured scarf’s I brought were not good enough for her. At the end of the day it just a piece of material, it doe not do anything on it's own, it is the intention and actions behind it. I've seen so called hijab's at the most odd places, engaged at the in even worse actions. Get your own house in order before you start worrying about Somali’s girls in tight jeans and scarf’s who clearly don't give a toss about your existence let alone your opinion.
  9. Ibtisam

    what's like?

^^who on God's earth ever listens to your advise dear Fartun i'm going in the summer inshallah for the first time. If you go before then do share your experience.
  10. ^^^says JB, personal experience I agree with Paragon, don't have kids if you can avoide it, which you can!. Just adopt from Africa, everyone else is
  11. ^^^that is more than mad." When you think you are mad, you normally are. If you are unsure and you make a post about it, then still some hope, get some help girl. And don't worry, you'll be fine. My roommate at uni went mad, You can always tell, but too afarid to say untill they do something really radical.
  12. p.s on the first picture, top right corner..what's that cow doing to the poor little sheep? looool.
  13. hmm. it looks like a good place. My family is deporting one of my nephew's, I’ll suggest they send him there. It looks amazing!
  14. Take it off? You sound very weak in character by willing to compromise your religion in order to attain some sense of place or understanding from the society. Compromise is a sign of weakness! The strong have conviction in what they do, and she sure is a strong woman, just as Azmi is! ^^she is a foolish women! Your religion told you not to harm others and not to make religion difficult or impossible. Women who wear their niqab at work currently, with no problems will not be so grateful to her if a law is passed banning Muslim women from dressing Islamic in the work place. The same goes for the School teacher who was also in the news. As i said they can choose to perfect themselves in other ways, which does not harm or marginalize the Muslim community even more.
  15. SB: your skin is not a valid option, as I don't have the choice of not wearing it! Dev: thanks : Style you say, I a smart dresser most for the time because of work, but i hate suits. hhm.. I like bright colours, but overall i never wear more than three colours a time. I love shoes and bags (half of your outfit) Currently i'm in love with Dark brown, or goldish yellow. hhm what else. I have no restriction to the design, i hate flower tops, i like stylish cuts. I hate skinny trousseaus. lool thats it.
  16. That is the same old shid I here every day "when you are in Rome, act like Romans". The fact that there is no exact definition of what British women should look/ act/ wear/ eat, which opens up a lot of doors, what about white women who choose to cover. Recently in a dialogue between India Nights and Julie Burchill the later stated that "what pissed her off was White Bitc*h who choice the path of oppression, not those who were born in oppression" In any case, same way a women can walk in her underwear on road if she wants, the other extreme should not be a problem, and she should not be bullied for it. In saying that a women lawyer could not stand naked in front of a judge and say I am nudist, so the niqabi should consider her options, and not make life difficult for herself and others
  17. ^^Who cares what you think you old fart, Pluz that was not an option. Suggest an alternative, or get the hell out of here
  18. Hi everyone, I have my graduation to go to and I am clueless as what to wear  for those of you that have been to one, advise, and if you have not been to one then, still what is your opinion. Only condition: London is cold and i am taking my Coat regardless, and tights, Thermal underwear (lol) just kidding, not that cold, but you get the picture. Thanks in advance people
  19. After Just finishing Uni, I though about going back into uni to do nursing, but then the top up fees is why above my savings, so i applied for my MA next year instead. I think everyone should have the basic skills, first aid and what ever else they could do, it is good and comes in handy, especially if you are interested in 3rd world development etc
  20. "You are clearly aware of my position on the grounds of my religious beliefs. I won't," Mughal told the judge, ^clearly he heard this or someone did" I don't like the fact that she is supposedly representing someone, yet jeopardizing his case, this is not a trail about her niqab, so why make an issue about it, she needs to speak up or get a microphone or take it off, it is not farad and she is making life for Muslims difficult by insisting on something, while the media reports like she is a lunatic. On a side note, I don't get these people who wear tiny little scarf and then insist on wearing a Niqab, with their feet showing. You should learn to walk before running, surely wearing a fully hijab (a scarf does not qualify as a fully Hijab) is the next logical thing to do if you want to improve, as well as covering you feet!
  21. he is an as*s. Read his policies on his web page, which are almost the same as BUSH. His views on Palestine makes him as far removed from the Muslims in general as BUSH and every other jack A*SS Americans select.
  22. ^^^loool SB: are you taking yourself bit too seriously love, This kind of obsessive behavior is getting a bit worrying. What is the big deal of where it goes? And do you object to every other thread that in your opinion should be else where  or is the case that your emotion just happened to reacted to this one. Almost everything with the exception of few, tells you anything factually meaningful, other than to let us know how an individual sees the world. There is very little that could be excluded, or does the fact that the sayer is more acceptable or creditable make it suddenly meaningful?
  23. No khalaf, that is stalking and being annoying! call it romance or whatever else you want. ^^^^your theories prove you don’t trust the brothers, your too suspicious, not every brother is player or has ulterior motives . Of course they have ulterior motives, what the hell are they stalking you for, if not for their own gains, clearly it is not beacuse they are helping me out!! Only a dummy gives a girl he doesn’t know a rose out of the blank n only special girl is wroth dat trouble.........nah the smart brother watched u studied u, and u see him around, maybe got a smile from u, he received a good vibe from u, then one day he comes up to u asks your name, talks to you, then gives u a flower before u leave and says your very beautiful can I get to know you more? whats wrong with dat IB. (is that against Islam?) I don’t think! Yes it is against Islam, who gave him permission to follow me about and then come and talk to me, and give me a *S*T*U*P*I*D rose! what kind of Islam have they been teaching you dear?
  24. ^^^^If the stranger girl is beautiful yes u will notice how is that not normal. It is normal to notice but that is different to following them around. IB dont play if u think the brother looks good u will talk to him.....strangers can turn into friends or something more. I don't talk to people based on their beauty. In fact it would annoy me more if he was good looking and he was chatting to people on road. I mean why would you do that to yourself IB would u think this as romantic or freaky: what if u ryde in the tube .... and brother comes up to u says asslaamu alaykum, you are the most beautiful girl i have ever seen mashallah, i cant leave without giving u this and gives u a rose ? What u think about dat I would think you freak, what the hell was he doing on the tube with a rose, must have been for his wife, his girl or he does it everyday, or someone gave it to him and he can't take it home I would just blank him and walk on.
