loool @Zenobia (oh wz it today or 2morrow by the way??) I doubt that is what he meant, if it is, I'll tell you waa been! false claims but I agree he should reach burco to get it beaten out for him. Sharmarkee take Ngonge and north wid you while you are at it. How about a group beating!
-
sharmarkee: What have you got against reer Burco people anyway, I think I need to get my reer burco boys, where is Ngonge and north toolow. P.s. there are tall slim girls everywhere you need to open your eyes....Oh I take that back, close them, it is Ramadan, and the whole point of them wearing cabyaa is to avoid people like you!...well probably not in Saudi as it is the uniform. p.s.s. Some Arab women and (men) are suffering some major obesity problems, in the endocrinology & urological department at the hospital, they moved all the Arabic speaking staff there as most of the patients are Arab. Not suprising when you see their food

^^you think everything that is not inline with your line of thought is rebshada  bit like the Saudi behvaiour police we know where you got it from ..

^^Men are always crying on this site KK Most of the topics here (on the women section) can be posted on the General section. What makes one topic more "women" section? People use the women section as the trash to be honest, posting silly topics (but then how do you define silly topics- in this case I mean topics that don't have anything specifically to do with "women".) I don’t think we have so many issues that we need our own section, and since the content of this section does not represent the name, maybe it should just be called something else.

Rethink leads Briton to break with group Blair wanted to ban after 7 July Peter Beaumont Sunday September 9, 2007 The Observer One of the most senior members of the controversial Islamist Hizb ut-Tahrir movement, the group which Tony Blair pledged to ban after the 7 July bombings, has dramatically defected.Maajid Nawaz, a Briton who was jailed in Egypt for four years in 2002 and allegedly tortured after being accused of reviving a banned political group and plotting to overthrow the government, says that he no longer agrees with the movement's attempts to transform Islam into a narrow political ideology. The departure of Nawaz, whose reasons for quitting have been posted on Hizb ut-Tahrir's British website, has already inspired a furious debate within the group. Although he left two months ago, he has only now made his decision public, and will be interviewed later this week on BBC2's Newsnight programme. According to Nawaz, who joined the movement when he was 16, he reconsidered his membership during his imprisonment. Insisting he had not abandoned his opposition to the conduct of Arab leaderships or his opposition to the Iraq war, he added that he could no longer agree with its thinking. Nawaz's defection is a major blow to the movement. Despite being only 29, he was recognised globally for his work in founding new groups abroad. Equally important is likely to be his reason for leaving Hizb ut-Tahrir, a closely argued rejection based on a revisiting of the key legal argument that has been deployed by Islamists - including al-Qaeda - that Arab governments operating under non-Islamic (kufr) law should be removed. He added, however: 'I do not wish my critical voice to be exploited to support the call for proscribing Hizb ut-Tahrir. Rather, those that are well versed in both party ideology and traditional Islamic sciences are sufficiently equipped and duty-bound to redress the phenomenon of politically inspired theological interpretations. 'I would also state that my political stance against the tragic invasion of Iraq remains unchanged. Furthermore, these words should not be taken to mean that I support the brutal policies of the Muslim world's dictators. Rather, political engagement is the civic duty of all who are able. Finally, I impress upon all people that Islam today is not in need of a politically inspired modernist reformation, which is actually the cause of our current crisis, rather a counter-reformation and a return to its true essence by Muslims insisting that their religion is not used merely to serve narrow political agendas. 'I spent much of my time as a political prisoner evaluating and studying Islam. It became clear to me that rather than being the sole vanguard that represents an Islam that even Muslim jurists have misunderstood, Hizb ut-Tahrir is inspired by a political ideology.' While some of the responses to his move yesterday were abusive, some welcomed the debate. 'He has an argument,' commented one senior member. 'He appears to back [it] with texts/evidences. So let a discussion develop, a discussion free from useless feeble statements.' Source: http://observer.guardian.co.uk/uk_ne...165439,00.html

So is it true or not?? How funny if it is true and so silly if it is not true

^^Darling Xawaash can be what ever you like for all I care, I am sure you travelled in all those places to enquire about what they term as Xawaash- taking into account colloquially use and/or literally meanings. In any case I’m not even bothered I don't know what your point 3 is about. if it is in reference to Nephthys little display then no it is not too bitter, just classically underhanded way at getting to me and unhelpful to you (Oh did you think she was helping you?.. you poor thing) As you insist Ciyaal maa teehid, stand on your own. Your selective reading is also amusing, I have just looked thorough this thread and your other one, sounds like I'm not the only one who thinks and has said you sound like 16yr. That is my opinion, you might think I'm a jackas*s, while nephthys thinks I'm arrogant. I don’t care, people are always going to have opinions of you, deal with it or ignore it, but no need to have kittens. It is called life. As for getting personal, that is not personal, I can give you an example of me getting personal if you want. That was my impression. You sound like a 16yr, maa ciirkaad soo ridi? I could share few more of my impressions of you, but they are so bad they'll probably break the Golden rules. After all that either waa ceeytamin or you’ll be like “I don’t care what you think of me” This is so silly, it is embarrassing and far beneath me  Every time I tried to end it waad iigaa taaba timiadaa. This time I’m not coming back to this silliness  ( and no that is not arrogance, this is just pathetic, I cannot believe I’ve let myself stoop this low and providing entertainment for the likes of Ngonge! )

I'm nearly 100% sure. Edo always asks me to make Qaxwa with xawash and I make tea with xawash, I'm sure all these years she would have pointed it out ________________________________________ ^ or is it a closed off attitude and you don't see the need to open your mind to an outsider's[non Somalilander] perspective? However, I think that the belief that your aunt is unquestioningly right is rather high level of arrogance. Maybe you need to read this again, you seem to have missed the point! Understand it in the contexts Khaina and Lily and me were speaking in. Oh and do quote my grins, they are there for a reason. I was simply maintaining that what me and khania said was the northern interpretation, I had already stated in the thread above about dialect difference. Hence I was not in anyway saying this is the overall meaning. By the way “nearly 100%” has a margin of error, or did you fail to notice that as well? What is a high level of arrogance according to you I don’t care too much for to be honest, I was not after your approval, but I was simply pointing out that someone who has taught me all the Somali I know, would’ve corrected me about a simple misuse of words. If you would like to attach far fetch connotations to my reasoning, then by all means go ahead. I'm not willing to result to cheap shots and misquotation and random assumptions, so I'm just leave it at that. All I have to say is you should not hide behind someone else if you have a problem. I do not believe that out of the goodness of your heart you felt she needed help from you to "get me off her back" If you care so much perhaps you can help her in other much needed ways. p.s. Your selectivity is amusing to say the least, after all, I have not said anything which can be classed as "abuse/attack" so maybe shidaan baa kuu daqhaqee and persuaded you to jump out the bush and crash land or you just saw an opportunity too good to pass. In any case, I’m almost certain that this had nothing to do with xaawash or Naomi, so please soo caddeso waaxad aniga ii duul saarantah or leave me be. By the way Nephy, she joined in 2005, innat taa yarr eeh cuusub indeed.

What language buu kuu heessaya? and what is with the animal sounds? What kind of dance is it? a mix between modern dance and traditional Somali moves? Somali dance is far to X-rated for public display  Men should never shake their ***!!

Not everyone that does not agree with every whimsical and logically untenable notion you have is close-minded. Waxaa kaa soo hartay quuq iyo naq naq. Be civil to others walaaleey. GEEZ I never mentioned everyone, nor did I say agree with every notion I have (where did you get that idea from?) I just mentioned your own (or rather Noaim) interpretations of a word is not my understanding of the same word. I don't expect you to change your (her) own interpretations, I just expect to you (and her) acknowledge and move one. Just because YOU (or she) has not heard of it, it does not mean that it does not exist! that was the closes mindedness I was referring to. As for being civil, I've have been very civil with you, If I have not been civil to you, sheeko, if you are speaking on someone’s behalf, they have aaf and gamco to make their own complaints walaaleey, and everyone is an adult. Nac nac is getting too much over some little terms, baal waayeh I'll let it be. Take it to space for all I care, kings, queens says Ngonge and sharamarkee speaks of hilib  I'm out

I'm really looking forward to his new book. Norman Finkelstein unlike Noam Chomsky has never mixed his words or tried to please the pro Israel Lobby groups. I doubt he will miss his job much, but he can now join the growing list of academics being frozen out by lobby groups including John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt (also looking forward to reading their book The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy) The list is growing and they cannot be silenced for ever. The pro Israel lobby is weaking at an alarming rate in America which was always their back bone (for finance and they had full y control of education, publication etc) they seem to be losing that grip, slowly but surely as Americans realize that it is not in their best interest.!

Ngonge: I meant in this case, I'm already blinded by that said fog of love, I mean it could not possible get any better, surely this is the ultimate perfection, there is nothing more for me to wait for or see! My new dress, accessories and shoes for 2nights wedding are perfect. The satisfaction of waiting & waiting for that perfect one, knowing that sooner or later, regardless of how long your browse, how many your try on, you will find THE perfect one. I’m so glade I waited, and kept looking. Lool @ rumour spread by her.
-
There is not such thing as a fog of love dear, let alone being blinded by one. Xaasidnimaad iska taa, and stop uu jeebing her damn husband in the makhaad! Tell him to go home with that antidote. I don't understand why a married man needs to be at, any other places other than his house after Isha salat, so she has something to complain about... I'm just not sure it is his romance or lack of telling her "he loves her" that is the problem.
-
^^^I was surprised at the women, but then I thought why stress about a made up story.! Lool, p.s. I think she got her just deserved desert! after all she insisted, Mac sonkor I say. Maybe now she will allow him to say it (maybe not in those exact words) in his own time, not coerced and forced out of him.
-
Lily Me too, my interpretation is correct.. I'm nealry 100% sure. Edo always asks me to make Qaxwa with xawash and I make tea with xawash, I'm sure all these years she would have pointed it out. looool, HAHA at people with small ears! looooll. Lily xawaasha is not word...what is the collective name for these tea xawaash's that you have listed?
-
lool HAHA. Move over...Ngonge is back!

hmm I like the blog. My thoughts are vivid moving imagery like Val, kind like role acting, most of the time I know how some one is going to react when I tell them something, because I'd played it out in my head before hand, and I can confuse myself into thinking that I'm already had this conversation before with them, I'm forever accusing people of having conversations with them....does that mean I’m going mad toolow. As for thinking before speaking....erm I normal think AFTER I have spoken. I say things as and when I think of them, so I tent to jump from 10 different subjects in 5mins (or talking about a number topics in one go), no obvious links from one topic to another, no warning that I’m changing topics. I also talk very fast. People tent to get lost, and I might have to point out links or repeat myself. I come across as habaar waalan who is very jumpy and excited, I’m always laughing/ smiling even when there is nothing to laugh about ( it cheers me up) people either think I’m mad or it rubs off on them. I tent to think in english, but it comes out mix of somali, english, and some Arabic.

^^lol Dr. Phil. Some people are clearly still kids here, seriously people should not have kids if they have that attitude, A father should be able to do everything that a mother does for her child, including changing nappies, washing him, feeding/ cooking for them etc. Life is not guaranteed if I dropped dead or I'm ill or for whatever reason I cannot take care of my child at that moment, who ever is the father of my child better be good enough to bring up my child and take care of them in the best possible way. What kind of mentality is niin kaa xaragoonay taking care of his child or think it is slavement. People like that should NOT be allowed to have kids, and I cannot understand women who have children with men with that kind of attitude  Can I get an iissssssh from the girls Moving on, Romance is what ever turns your pages as an individual, and you should understand how the person you've married expresses their love, if you are not happy with it, then you should not have married him in the first place, no point trying to change them. I find flowers, chocolates etc such cliché, boring and unimaginative. I could walk into a shop and buy them myself if I really wanted them. Yet I cannot define what I think is romance, because it depends on the situation I was in when the action occurred, many factors such as whether I was expecting it, element of surprise, the usefulness or practicality of it, the length of time or thought they spent on it, whether I needed it or liked it, and my general mood at that moment. This whole issue of hinting, suggesting erm again, if you have to hint or suggest, hence shaping their action so that they do something that they had not intention of doing or is not in their nature, then it is not romantic, they did it because you told them to. ^^^ lool. Naomi and Nephthys, don't be so close minded, you could not possible think we all speak same way and use same words for same things. Yes we add spices to our tea Naomi, Hayel is one of those spices. And yes I'm looking forward to my old age, and since you are dying to know my age, after all you keep referring to it, I am 29, I will be turning 30 in 2months time. So yes I have embraced all the things that are to come, Hubby makes his own damn tea, what do I look like? the tea lady  and he is still alive waax kaal maa haasina?...
-
^^^eternal youth/ young at heart etc is just a polite way of saying you are afraid to grow up and face life changes and mature dear. Ask Zenobia is you don't believe me, we say qaxwo for tea with xaawash. Coffee is buun.
