When it rains you can forget about walking, all that spit and xaar and piss wash together and sit on the sidewalk, the heat makes the smell strong enough to kill you if you try to walk pass. If you must go there, then travel rich, stay in 5* hotels (they still have power cuts and Kanco, but not as much) but they are clean inside, outside wa same story.) Also hire a care/ driver with AC and get him to drive you everywhere. If you travel budget or cheap like me you might kill someone or pass out. Sheh good to see you around, are you still around?? No idea if you got your answer but Sayid You cannot attend the funeral as you will be praying for whatever they believe in or participating in their funeral processions = misbelieve, so you cannot attend the service, however you can and should pay your respects to his family after the religious service and offer them help and what ever else. P.s. I had a similar issue and that is what the shike said to me years ago. I told them honestly I cannot attend the service (hindu) but I will join them after, since they have restrictions in their own religion and cannot attend our services etc they were very understanding. Take them food and a bit of shopping after. I have the evidence somewhere at home.
