  1. ^^^ loool you could not resist could ya! Aaliya I don't think he [old man] reads SOL I think you would be a great motivational speaker for the troops, in lagu dhex diigo ayad istahiisha. Farole asga ayaa isla liita, he cannot help anyone else.
  2. Somaliland-na mardanbe ku noqon maayaan Xamar oo waa innaga xaaraan Lool @ Xaaraan, muu washey?? strange for him to offer to host it, considering what he use to say about southern somalia not so long ago. Waali.
  3. Lool I am laughing at Burco being defendede by puntland soldiers, and Burco being ally with Garowe! Walahi I laughed at this post. Waxba ha warerrin, people in SL hate war, seriously wey ka daalin, June 26 will come and go for most part, people will carry on with life as usual regardless of who wins. Don't put all your eggs on burco yarrow.
  4. ^^^Yes there is an age limit for reform when resources are so limited, as is the case in Somalia. It is more difficult to reform adults than children. Lool @ Is dil, now you think I am the new Marx/ B?
  5. ^^How do you know an all male team will be better?? I worked with a team of 12 males when I was in uni, when they fought it was war and one had to leave work. High staff change over
  6. It is ugly, but it does not make it untrue, and yes I know their parents and families love them, but the reailty is they did not have a normal growth process. Poverty and conflict as suppose to peace, education and social manners. Anyone under 14 can be re-programmed but 17+ young lads, dac iyo boobo and guns is the story. The good ones tahrib ba nafta ka qaadey,
  7. loool. It is true and alhumdulilah never been subject to anything as such.
  8. Morning Juxa, I no you are not serious with that advise!! Faheema dont listen to her, never join a team, close your eyes and ears and go on ignore mode, raise above it.
  9. I like "me" time, this world has so many people, it is hard to find time where no one else is around. I could sit in an empty room for days/ weeks without the need to talk to anyone and not thinking of anything in particular. I eat alone, movies alone, travel alone, work alone, walk alone. In fact seeing people all the time makes me dislike humans. I hate shopping, but if I must go, I go alone or with a man (Val type behaviour would kill me) I plan days when I could be alone to clean, walk or sit in the park. I like walking along places with few people. I love my space, I would go mad if I did not have some "me" space. I don't like seeing the same person all the time, everyday for weeks, months, years will kill me. Time off, few hrs, days, weeks or months off family and friends.
  10. Juxa, No I don't, wa ilmadheeri really, they disagree on silly things like what to eat for lunch and if it is Kulmiye or Kulmiy
  11. ^^^I did saY i was wondering about it after a film Ngonge. It is not an election idea Anyway I would like to see who would tell a Somali man or women to miss a generation even for their own safety. P.s. I was eating popcorn is a working class living room,
  12. ^^Ma baby la sasabayo aya tahey?? Or maybe because they know you are Arab-fied hence the neck kissing thing Sheh, Errrg**
  13. Reflecting on facebook: 1) When I read JB status updates and comments, I wish his wife had facebook and was on his account. 2) On the friends you might know section, it is full of topless farahs (summer pictures or a new trend?)
  14. W/salam Faheema and Dhubad. Faheema I feel better than yesterday, but still shid house flu. Dhubad I don't really read what ducaysane writes, most of the time isga aya isla hadlaya. Faheema, stop complaining, you only have 1day till the weekend. Shid
  15. Already indinka ayaab is cawiryin.
  16. Viva Burco always, not sure about the whole Kulmiye thing though, old man is nearly 80
  17. I was thinking along these lines the other day, probably because I watched "Children of Men" He is just ranting though, no such thing as everyone will agree, anything that depends on everyone agreeing on is always going to be left behind. I don't agree with professor [he is talking for the interest of the world where as I was thinking less radical version would be interesting] some sort of population control much like the Indians, Japanese and Chinese. Although again it won't work on 3rd world countries. It would be nice to have a missed generation in places of conflict, for example in Somalia most of the 17-18 year old living there have only known war, they probably have heaps of psychological problems that would never allow them to integrate into normal society and they are more likely to settling confrontations with the gun. Now these xabad faluuq will have kids and it starts a cycle of a new generation who again see conflict as normality. If we had a missed generation, there will be less people (more chance of consensus on things) society will not be burden or stuck with conflict born and raised adults who are hard to rehabilitate.
  18. SalamAlikum. It is a new day... Days go so fast, already it is tuesday  I need to get going with life, just where to start, feeling like I am looking into a messy room.
  19. Going home to sleep off the flu, I am in pain and aches. Now I just need to remember my way home. Salamah peeps
  20. So is it really taking place? At last? Ma la huba?
  21. The body aches have nothing to do with me sending you up and down the same road. You should be thanking me for the work out dude I am not organising anything else again, madax aya ii xuunanay. I called people including Ngone at 7pm who were still at their house, even though the event started at 5pm!!! No wonder I gave you mis-directions. lol Thank you
  22. The one out of this world PM I have ever recieved from anyone in SOL was two years ago. The person is active still, I am just not smart enough to get the coded message, I have yet to reply, when I figure out the hidden message I will inshallah reply to him (nearly 2yrs late currently)- wax kaljeeda oo hadaan isku jeeda, general yet personal,jacbur.com, I am sure there is a message to the madness.
  23. ^^^Ngonge is walking to work today, he will get there about 1pm and post on here- (that is assuming he did not get lost) Lool @ engage in dhac iyo boob, she was close enough, better than me anyway.
  24. Originally posted by AYOUB: To all Jaamacs-come-latelies If you HAVE to comfort someone; a cuddle will do. Stretch your arms and say “aah poor soul, come here”. If they don’t fall into arms by themselves, that means they don’t need your comforting and do not – I repeat DO NOT – kiss them on the neck. Fadlan buuggan akhriista.... HAHAHAH @ Stretch your arms and say “aah poor soul, come here”. loool lool As for the case, I don't know what the basic facts were, but sounds wrong. I hate taxis. If you are in London I would advise you use those pre-booked ones where they text you the name of driver, car everything beforehand. They are regulated, registered and much safer, price is only few quid’s more or something, not enough to be molested or kidnapped.
  25. ^^I know, but the poem is good.
