  3. That's besides the point sxb.

Sanaag governor from Awdal, Toghdeer governor is from Hargeysa. Cant see why same cant be done in Somalia. What about Saaxil? Xiin, I use proxies nowadays

The HAG were supposed to be supporting Afeey but I'm hearing they switched to the MZ guy at last minute. Talk about treachery. Your cousin might win, but we'll give you a run for your money.
  6. Yusuf Xasan is gonna win Kamakunji (Eastleigh) no doubt. He's loved by the people. As for Yuusuf Xaaji, he's REALLY up against it. He's facing Faarax Macalin a fellow political heavy weight. I'm supporting Yuusuf Xaaji for political reasons but I don't know if he'll make it. As for a lil bit of reminiscing, in the good old days when a (Somali) candidate wins the Garissa MP seat, the town would be euphoric. Geel baa la qali jirey Saarna habeenkii oo dhan baa la dheeli jirey. I can still remember the chants of Mandeleleo! (Mandeleleo being the politician who controlled this seat for near 25 years). Good old days but I doubt anyone will take part in Saar or any camels will be slaughtered this time thanks to the insecurity.
  7. Where's tutu? Sxb, give me details on Gsa. Who's leading between Cali and Nadiif? How's Yuusuf Xaaji holding up against Faarax Macallin? Apparently the situation doesn't look good for ina Afeey, any details on that?
  8. Uhuru is winning as of now although the counting hasn't finished. I'm not on the ground but MMA is and he's providing updates on the other thread. My gut tells me the Kikuyu will win, they always win. As for my home turf, it seems Maxamed Afeey is struggling in his bid for Senator in Wajir County. People are saying Somalia is meddling in this (Maxamed Afeey being one of the engines behind Kenya's support for J/land).
  9. This is strange. How comes the Kikuyu is running away with it MMA?
  10. It's the lifestyle (cigs and booze). Healthy lifestyle + exercise + spirituality = Healthy mind.
  11. Tanna weli ma sugeysaa? Somalia just has to get it's house in order and wait. S/land has real problems (Awdal, SSC) that will ensure its downfall if it doesn't change its unjust ways.

Gobollada la isla dego wey isdooranayaan, kii soo haro ayaa leh. No muran iyo isqabqabsi. However, what you two are advocating -- institutionalized clan federalism -- is much, much worse and divisive than anything Soomaalida u keeneyso nabad iyo wada degnaan raagto, let alone horumar. Ama taariiq hala raaco, haddii la diidana 18 gobol hala isku maamulo, each to its own. Federalism, especially clan federalism, will never work in Soomaaliya, especially in deep south. Plus waxee Kiinya dabada ka riixeyso, a neo-African colonialism, baddeena iyo dhulkeenana sii rabto, NFD xooga ku heysatay ku filnaan weysee. Another reason any sane and reasonable Soomaali would never buy. We read from the same hymn. Decentralized Unitary system is the way to go. These clan states are too big and just add an unnecessary layer.
  13. Mintid you're such a miskiin. You're honestly relying on Mogadishu portals to inform you of the conference? Go back to the guesswork sxb
  14. Wow your life is more pathetic than I had first thought. Amazing.

Maybe we should suggest a 2 state solution:D Sahal believes they are the majority in the region thus they should be the decision makers and the HAG minority should follow. But HAG believes Sahal are intruders in Jubbaland and are being assisted and helped by Kenya , the Kikuyu nation whom Sahal has great relations with and ucondional support. HAG believes that Jubbaland is their ancestral home land, where as Sahal believe its also theirs., HAG is claiming that the HAG community was ousted from the Jubba region by the various SAHAL dominated governments in the 70s and 80 and that they manipulated the demographics in the region with huge influx of Sahal settlers from other parts of east Africa. HAG according to them want to set the record straight and make sure the HAG community is well represented. XX beentaas yaa kuu sheege? Somalis naturally move around and settle here and there. Awoowgey wuxuu Kismaayo ku dhashey waagii Sayidka maantana wuu ku aasan yahey aabayaashiis kahorne sidaas oo kale. Marka this "They came from NFD/S,Galbeed" is rubbish.
  18. War dad fac dheer baanu nahaye, hadaad adigu inkireyso oo aabayaashaa Carabeed ku dhegeyso, adigey ku jirtaa Xaaji. Carab caabud iyo nus iga dheh.
  19. That's not ilbaxnimo. He's just embarrassing himself by trying to speak a language he finds difficult.
  20. Man you two are experts in lying. QansaxQaras, maxaad sheegeysaa?

It's as I said, guestimation supported by recent history.
  22. Not even 20 years of war is enough for some people.
