  1. Yaa jamaaca, please don't insult me by trying to explain what a genotype/phenotype is! Xabad, I was asking what are you insinuating. And just because I say, I'm not black I'm Somali, doesn't mean I look down upon others (), it just means I reject a notion that is alien to our people. We've only identified ourselves as Somalis, nothing else. Just because a white man tells me I'm 'Black' just because I have dark skin doesn't mean I have to view myself that way either. certain people sharing certain physical characteristics is a sign those people are some how related. What are you suggesting?
  2. War Soomaali waa un Soomaali. I don't know what Xabad is going on about (all this pseudo-intellectualism is too much for simple me ) but what on earth does black phenotypically but not genetically mean? And what are black phenotypes other than our skin colour which we share with say the Bantu? As I said earlier, this whole 'black' concept is a foreign one that has no basis but simply lumping together people with similar skin colours. Outrageous. PS: Safferz, I pretty sure you have the necessary log ins to access Tallaabo's pdf, so be a darling and post it here for us?
  3. Safferz, go and tell an old Somali he's a madaw and see wat he does to you. We don't subscribe to this 'white man' segregation of either black or white. We were/are Somali and that's it. The White Man can keep his foreign classifications. As for the old Somalis, like that British Officer put it, they believed they were superior to all people, both black and white
  4. Heh, Oodka's famous Looters Inc nickname comes in handy here.
  5. The Somalid gene distribution. Also, is the Somalid gene weak?
  6. Oba, Xamar and Garowe are both Somalia. The President has every right to visit anywhere in his country.

  9. Wadani and Safferz, you can't state objections and not say why. Could it be the fact that he says the clan structure is bogus which irks you? I demand clear bullet points from both of you Abbass, adaa mudan sxb.
  10. Ever heard of the saying "kulla fitna cinda geel"? Listen to 31.00 to hear where it came from.
  11. Whatever he is, he's a clever man that's doing what the Somalis are not.

  20. reeyo, only for the established elite eh SP, wadani is a love-sick puppy who has a sense of entitlement. He has an old name (allegedly) you see. A bit like the Cali-Dalal fiasco in that book.

  23. servant of the empire Servant of the Empire is a fantasy novel by Raymond E. Feist and Janny Wurts. Published in 1990, it is the second book in the Empire Trilogy, preceded by 1987's Daughter of the Empire and followed by Mistress of the Empire in 1992. In the world of Kelewan, Mara of the Acoma has now become an expert player in the Game of the Council through bloody political maneuvering. After buying a group of Midkemian prisoners-of-war, she finds one of them—Kevin of Zūn—to be a great asset in her ongoing struggle for survival and power. Fantasy all the way.
  24. I think we should bring it down to an individual level if possible. Offenders should seek forgiveness from the victims in person if possible.
