  1. I only remember snippets from the Dawaaco iyo Diidiin stories.

  3. People this is pathetic, shame on you. As long as they're getting results their clan is non-starter.
  4. Salahudiin, as lond as Somalis are benefiting irrespective of clan there's no problem. If you want development for your district, that's what you should be arguing for, not some nonsensical, useless groupings called block.

  6. If I were to post a pic of him you would think he was a tanned Korean wallahi PS: I was asking in a general sense with regards to doc.
  7. Apophis;957868 wrote: I don't know which buulo you grew up in Garissa but us Jamia Mosque folks never did we/do we use "Aadaa/aayadaa". :D Dee only one of the major clans in the town speak like that and they mostly live in ADC, Buulo Iftin etc. The outskirts.

You know there was an imam on Birmingham that tipped the police off about radical characters in the community spreading their filth. Guess what the haters' response was?

Somalila inaaar I've heard from boosaaso are somehow share roots with tamils people, I don't know how the two associate though. I look like more korean than a Tamil.;)thank god! So does my cousin. He's got small eyes, a round face and slick lifeless hair. His nickname is actually Korea PS: what does doc ka yeer mean?
  10. C&B, my awoow, uncles et al do but I speak like a normal Somali. They have an carablaay accent
  11. C&B, eegaan waad iska yeelyeeleysaa baan u maleyn. Apo, for a person who spent time in Gsa you should know that a considerable portion of the populace speak like that. Another weird thing we Garissians have is that we mostly use Aadaa/aayadaa instead of hooyadaa like other Somalis.
  12. Safferz;957847 wrote: And what's wrong with that? I don't know, maybe because I felt like sh*t afterwards? Trust me there's reading for leisure, and then there's reading as if your life depends on it. Humans are a sociable species, we need to get out and mix with others and this can't happen if you're holed in in the house library (I always wanted one) all day.
  13. Safferz;957840 wrote: Elaborate. It does. There's been times in the past where I spent my entire weekend reading. Literally most hours that I was awake and late into the night. It was the Demonata Saga which I finished in like a week. Wallahi I think those books had sixir on them that made you constantly read them.
  14. Culusow is a fool. His people are suffering in Dhadhaab where there's been a recent polio outbreak and he's smiling like an !diot everywhere he goes!

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL :D
  16. Chimera, you know I've never even bothered to read the blurb of any Dan Brown books but I can spy Angel & Demons on the bookshelf now. Might give it a go tonight.

That's only some times and other times you are encouraged to do what Chimera did to encourage others. Thanks Chimera.
  18. They picked the best part of the peninsular (other than the harimeyni sharifeyn):
  19. Chimera, that's a shame. My appetite for fantasy is still going just as strong although I only read 1 book a month nowadays.

Don't you guys read for fun? So many dull & boring books being presented here. Anyways, one book I recently read was Prince in Blood. Now just 15 more books to go in the series
  21. I never bother setting goals but I've had just two goals these past two years: - Get the grades to get into the course I want to. There were 5 clear steps to this and Alhamdulilah I'm on to the last step - Go gym more often. Raging success:cool:

Wadani;957484 wrote: I won't entertain your revisionist historical hallucinations, though I will concede, as it's in my just nature to do, that the Khaatumites were of an equal pedigree to the Durriyad when it came to the regional sport of all pastoral Somalis. Remember this, if one Somali tribe was stronger/better than another Somali tribe, then why does the supposed "weaker" tribe exist today? What I'm trying to say is Soomaali ma kala adka. Everything else has been finished by DOC.
