C&H, most of the time I enjoy it. How can you work out with distractions all around you

C&H, sure all the time. I go jogging alone in the evenings, I swim alone, I go gym alone most of the times and I sometimes eat alone. But what I can't stand is going cinema alone or going cafe alone. It just feels weird.

This reminds me of an incident that happened to a relative of mine. The kid just finished form 4 (secondary) and was awaiting a sponsorship to go to uni. While waiting, he got involved with these dodgy wadaads who convinced him to join Al Shabaab and attain "paradise". So one day he dissapeared. His parents who were masaakiin got really worried and started searching for him all over NFD. After a month or so he called his mum. He said to her: "hooyoy waxaan kaa soo wacaa yaa Jomo Kenyatta. Waxaan usocdaa Xamar oo jihaad baanu aadaayaa." His worried mother replied: "Ma xamar baa usocataa?". Him: "Haa". Mum: "Haddaad tagto waan ku habaarey oo xabadda ugu horeyso ha kugu dhacdo." This habaar must have had an impact on him as he returned from Nairobi. Alxamdullilah, today he has reformed and is in uni. So waxyaabahan oo kale mar walbo bey dhacaan sadly.
