lol that was funny

Ngonge might be right. When I'm back home, people speak plain, simple af soomaali. Nothing fancy really. But you lot are a whole different bunch. Btw Ngonge, you'll only be allowed to contribute on here only when you learn to differentiate between "uu" and "oo"

Translate the poem first either into simple somali or english please. Then maybe I might be ablt to answer your questions.

Che, females should be banned from the politics section. It simply corrupts them. (Yes I know, I know, but men can't be corrupted because they already are )
-
Wyre, you're neither a qurbo kid nor are you a wise elder so albaabka ka bax Apophis, speaking from experience? I had you as a typical faarax (sort of ) I used to have a human dictionary on this board that used to educate me on these things but she's become a busy mum nowadays and has forgotten about SOL (I can see you lurking KK )

lol Am I that bad that even Alpha has to give me pointers? Wow now that is a revelation. Wolf you say. Hmmm...

Another one that has always bugged me, why on earth was C/laahi Yuusuf AUN called Yeey???

Heh at Showqi and Somalia. You two desire that which has already been won! And I agree, curse the admin That good enough Che? If you can't guess now then there's no hope.

Gheelle, thanks sxb. Alpha, are you still mad bro? I said I won't so get over it

I'll start. I always notice this abbreviation (I think it is) being used. It's IWM, the Somali equivalent of etc. But the question is, what does it stand for?

*Disclaimer- in no shape or form is this a troll thread, I'm not Alpha As some of you may have guessed, I am a qurbo kid. As such, I was bereft of the opportunity to understand the Somali culture truly as it should be. I grew up in a white neighbourhood secluded from the Somali ghettos This meant that growing up and up to this day, most of my friends are not Somali. The consequence of this has been me being alien to a large part of the cultural norms of the Somalis and the language. Although I have been able to learn to read and write the language, I'm still lacking in many aspects. This thread is for anyone who's in the same situation as me or otherwise to ask any questions they might have about anything Somali that they don't understand and hopefully some of the cirrooley on the forum will assist us

Alpha, what do you think? Blue, let's let che have a guess first.
-
With blue's latest disclosure I can confirm Apophis has, thrown himself off Victoria Bridge As for me, only one nomaddess has stolen my affection, she once bought me ice cream and we went to the theatre to watch Romeo and Juliet in Somali. She used to accuse me of being an isqorqor yet inside she burned for me . I bet che knows who I'm on about

Ustedes me hacen enojar! ¿Por qué no es suficiente Inglés bueno para usted mucho?

Is this for real?

Fair for now but this is not how funds should be allocated once the house is in order. It should be done on a population basis and should be split fairly between all states. On a side note, Faroole iyo $50 million yaa kala celin

Bugland, Khatland, Silliyland, all ridiculous words that their 'presidents' can't pronounce
