Same thing here in Australia, at least with education and rorting the welfare system. Somali's are beggers everywhere you go. The problem is with the parents, pure & simple. I love the Somali's that say bank loan interest are haram, but at the same time are unashamed when claiming to the government they are divorced so they are entitled for extra welfare. What a disgrace.
