The brown one has more character, the black one is the one that should be avoided unless you want to wear uniform all over again.

^^And then the man is pushed forward and the women hold hands and enquire about wedding venues.

Johnny, No it is not where Lily is from, but if all that takes place it certainly sounds like an exciting place. They would probably think you were dhaqan celis and encourage the kids to throw stones at you.

Firstly, I would like to say not everyone who can reproduce should be allowed to become a parent. You see parents that just shock you. Kids need a lot more attention as children before they become teenagers.. Say from the age of 8 to 12 they are old enough to understand what's acceptable and what's not. We have a culture where parents do not take children seriously until they are adults, how many times have you heard ‘war naga aamus’ or ‘maxoo ugyahay’. Once they are teenagers it's really too late to mould them into anything and they no longer see their parents as adored or have an interest in them. Advice, boundaries and rules with uphold able punishments might help. Obviously the area, friends and school will have a huge influence on their life as well. It can’t be an easy job.

^At least for this season you can swop the jeans

My statement is still correct, in terms of numbers. Like Nomadique, I didn't say anything about suitability besides Ghanima, the concept of Eurotrash is just Thatcher mentality...

If I see another woman in a double breasted belted trench coat I think I am going to puke. The entire London female population seems to be wearing them.

LoL, why doesn't he just start grazing on the grass now... -
Most professional young men and women I know have busy lifestyles, their careers/jobs take precedence over all else in their life, whether this is a conscious decision or not is beside the point, you squeeze your whole life into a 2 day wkend, that’s if you’re not working in the wkend. When do you have time to meet these mythical somali creatures who will sweep you off your feet? Have you not read the Eid threads, the highlight of their Eid was sleep, and I don't blame them!

You guys are making me smile, when I should be depressed drowning in my workload. I think it's rather strange that you conclude men of 30 or so +, unmarried, professional and whatever none sense is perfect these days must have some kind of flaw for not being married. That is like saying a sister from mid 20s -30, professional, good personality etc. etc. who is single must have a flaw otherwise why wouldn’t she be married? The obvious screams out to me, he must simply not have met a woman to match him yet? Is that not what all the sisters say? Let's not have double standards now. They may be rare but they are out there... Ghanima, wlc back to trolling

Miss D&D, yeah if I can find a substitute holiday to excite me since my orginal destination is no longer possible.
-
Which border is that Layzie?
-
What's a visa run? What's a nice, no planning required lastminute short (1 wk -10 days) holiday destination?

North, that was such a nice restaurant. Was the overtly-hyper-friendly waiter called Marco/Maso who wrote on the table with crayons still there? He did make quiet an impression on us. I'm guessing the little one had a good time there. Our Eid was a family & food affair at home with al the siblings, 14 cousins, 3 aunts and some friends. I declined all invitations to get out of the house the rest of the weekend, it was fabulously quiet and perfect.

My mum makes us tune in the BBC for her once in a while when someone tells her this and that happened and also to check her bank statements and balances online. She always promises to learn but no results yet. This does not bother me, what bothers me is that she is a threat to my make up, shoes, bags and scarf’s. The more I buy for her the more she gives it away or it walks away. Oh well, mothers, what can you do? My dad on the other hand is a wiz on the net.

Would you care to hire one of those crying women for Skipper Miss D&D? He could get it out of his system for good, make sure you pay them extra so they really howel and wail.
-
LoooooooL Miss D&D, this is so funny. Reminds me of that Mastercard add, for everything else there is Mastercard . Thank goodness that its unislamic to wail at funerals anyway.

North, it was mainly the Pakistanis and Bangladeshi communities that continued to fast. And to make matters worse they closed all the mosques so ppl could not pray Ciid prayers there. Thankfully, our local mosque like Regent's Park mosque was open for Ciid & Salat, it was packed though as several other local mosques were closed and they had to add on extra prayers. Took us 40mins just to get out after prayer. Alhamdullilah it was still worth it, sad as always that people had Ciid on different days.

I've just seen on the Islam channel that the moon has been sighted in many Muslim countries so the Eidul Fitr is tmwr, Eid Wanaagsan All!
-
^^ , if you want to look at it that way. It seems full of jollyness & goodwill though. I wasn't aware of a 'problem' between Christians & Muslims. Perhaps the letter should have been addressed to Muslims who have steered from the path of peace…and called attention to the plight of opressed Muslims.

Originally posted by Dabshid: Lily, You just dont want to fast tomorrow? do you? I will be the first to announce if it is eid tomorrow, LoL Dabshid, there have been years when I could not fast another day but at the moment I could do with a day's sleep before facing any kind of celebration. But everyone loves Eid. Ghanima, really? Who knows, I felt it was the 27th. It is a nice sunny autumn day outside.
