do some jimicsi and jiineestiko plus xoogaa kaala footo and you be fine, also drink isbarmuunto iyo moolto fitamiina. You & your balaayo af Soomali You guys need to go easy on the imagery laden language, all I can see is people doing cartwells on horses and a woman doing Olympic style gymnastics. DD, get yourself checked.

Something for everyone Ms DD and Val can ride side-saddle while Ibti and Sheh do cartwheels. LooooooooL@Cara You guys are forgetting we live in London, the nearest thing to nature is Hyde Park and the River Thames. This is not America where you can drive for 5 minutes to the great outdoors.

^^^Yes, you have to be a trend setter

Jaad breaks up families and causes all kinds of liver diseases. Those families who rely on Jaad trade can turn to farming and perhaps feed their own people in the process. Your idea is quiet ridicules.

Sheh, can you add hiking to that? Obviously it has to be somewhere outside of London. Unlike Val, sheer exhaustion, burning lungs and the possibility of broken bones really appeal to me so count me in. Paris and rough do not go together, Paris is perfect for shopping, sightseeing, eating and experiencing the leisurely high life. Even if you come with eveil intentions you’ll just be melted with the picturesque charming backdrop that is Pariiii....unless you want to do a Da Vinci sort of treasure chase. ..but don’t be surprised if you abandon it half way through for something more distracting. KK & her obsession with Diracs lol. You’ll have to plan it though Sheh, Ibti is more realistic. I like to know things in advance. p.s. Cara , I'm assuming you've not had the opportunity to meet with the beautiful b*stards ( French Police)

That’s one of the downfalls of being fashionable Malika, everyone else will be wearing similar stuff. Get more creative lady! Morning folks! I mean afternoon…

^^ Does it really matter? I'm having a 3 day week then off to a short break, I can't wait.
-
It's rather hypocritical to moan about people thinking they are better than you only to end up saying you're better than everyone else...oh not to mention the xaram aspect of it.
-
To be fair to Nephy, there is a certain confidence that comes with not needing to be ‘pretty’ or ‘fashionable’ all the time and realizing there are sometimes more pressing issues at hand than your appearance.

I don’t think anyone should worry unless you have hundreds of thousands of £££s in savings and even then most people’s savings can be guaranteed. We should be more worried about the economy in general, prices for everyday things going up and job security. I for one am tired of hearing of ‘Black Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday etc. p.s. Morning to all, did the weekend really speed by that fast?

^^Are you The Other Woman Cara? After a period of grief it helps to slap your friend twice across the cheeks, one for each side.
-
^^Yes now I look back it's clear

Sheh, since its autumn, I suggest somewhere in traditional Europe, winter the Scandinavian is picturesque perfect (if you’re not scared of the cold) and summer south Europe and the Mediterranean. Good old Scotland is quiet impressive too. I’ve always wanted to go Iceland or Norway to witness the Northern Lights. Nuune are you flying to France or is it a holiday?

I'm so happy this week is coming to an end.

Gosh, you did all that as a teenager? If you’re busy you’re busy and making an effort may come across as frivolous but I personally think it’s nice to look more than presentable and make an effort for yourself. For a lot of people it is the opposite, tomboy, not bothered through their teens and suddenly discovering high heels and lip-gloss after student life.

I think she was more outraged with having to pretend with her friends, which shouldn’t really be the case, it’s OK to be vulnerable with your friends. Maybe this is something you need to all talk about.

Can I just remind you that depression does not need to have a cause, you can have everything you want and still be depressed. So can we not make light of other people's suffering. This is typical Somali attempt to make commedy out of the mental state. Instead of thanking the Lord you're not afflicted you say it doesn't exist.
-
Ok Sayid. There is nothinig wrong with change, sunshine & beaches.
-
Good for you DD, looks like you ll be joining the ever growing Somali expats out there, much to Siyad's dismay.
-
LoL, how much is that in £s? I hate Swedish money with its high units, very confusing. DD, no Paris, good for holiday but not much different from London. How was Dubai?
-
It is only in the West because of lack of sunshine during the winter. Anyone who has suffered this before would be a fool to suffer it twice since the tell tell signs are obvious. Th eonly way to get through long winter nights is to keep busy, have fab nights out/in and action packed wkends.

I'm dying for a bar of chocolate Hi DD & all.

How many little white lies can you tell on a CV? I need amazing sounding jargon which covers up my lack of experience.

If I lived near beautiful woodland I would go cycling every day
