I haven’t watched these yet but I like to think healthy hair is natural hair, however if your hair is really unmanageable then who are we to judge? The majority of Somali women I have seen do have soft hair, they might have frizzy or very curly hair but kinky hair doesn’t seem to be common. I have never permed my hair & the idea of perming hair with chemicals every few weeks sounds very unhealthy. I have sometimes coloured to be adventurous though.
