H-block should have held a reconciliation conference after winning the civil war in 1991. They should have told everyone in the south this is how its going to be and set terms for governance. But their disunity is the prime reason Mogadishu descended into lawless and fighting between clans become the problematic. Even now with their dominate population they have to put up with D-block nonsense and minority clans joining Al Shaabab for protection. Do H-block care about their future?
