Thus, that is his part of the country just like is yours unless Somaliland is one clan country and hence you can call "our shores"!!. Why not because of justice itself, since every one is innocent until proven guilty. Ok, even if these people were supporting this man whatever the reason is, where is the harm here, since their support wont effect the outcome of this trial? Since his case is in the court isn't right to wait for the outcome of the court? This is because when you take someone to court that means is the court which decides who is guilty and who is not, hence, the accused will get what they deserve whether that pleases you or not since the law is not there to please you but to please the justice. Funny thing is, we Somalis don't understand what justice is. Just to educate you as a law student; justice is not what YOU or I think it ought to be, since there is system and there is a judge who decides whether the system is followed correctly or not. What is more, even the accused has rights and the whole justice system is not just to protect only the victims but also the accused. Oooh, just to remind you, that qabiil wont work in countries like the USA and the systems used there are proven unlike the jungle justice many somalis used to , so no need to stress out!. Well, poor Uncle Admin, everyone here on his back. To the rest of you all out there, this site isn’t what you think. Hint* we Somalis respect very much our in-laws cause is in our nomad blood!!!. Last time I was here, some of us including me were then on Admin’s back And now the table is turned upside down and the other group complaining and blaming him for being biased!!. On a serious note though, the Admin is trying his best, I have been a little harsh on him recently. This shows everyone is blaming him to be a biased and this in turn shows how fair he is. No one can please us Somalis and everyone here are thinking about themselves and enjoy playing a victim. Still I would advice the Admin to follow his own Rules and not some random rules. PS. Every one here is tribalism and supports one clan or another because they belong to them! Some play politically correct very well (due to their old age and experience about clannish). Others are young (therefore less experienced) and thus are honest and speak their mind and that is what Nationalist did here. If that his crime I can understand a warning but an outright ban on what others do every single minute here whom are much older than him and some I personally know are twice of his age, is an outrage and a clear injustice. Let me repeat, what I see here is a gross injustice and never seen such a disgusting act from someone who is supposed to be running one of the most famous Somali site!. I shouldn’t be surprised though, after all aren't we Somali!! When we want to please others, we step on our people in order no one can call us that we have that Somali disease (of tribalism) even thought is running in our blood!
