  1. knew she gona fail! how else can be explained when is known to everyone that is not acceptable in school circles.
  2. everytime I read southerners aka Somalia I come up with one word ''Desperados''.They neva shy away from nonsense, neva look back at past or come to terms with truth, reality and where they fit in global as well as wider Somali community politics. They discard their acute problems that frustrated and bewildered the international community and approach with in your face lies and statistics ....NOT embarrassing yourself is not in their book;; fancy editorials, distorted news reels and outright rubbish is order of the day.Looking back since the 60s proves they the most corrupt and dishonest entity in all Somali territories...the word "unity" is the catch word for the incoming old thieves, puntland and Mogadishu. Its always foreigners, foreigners, foreigners will help me stand up and strangle Somaliland for us shrugging off that Siad Barre ,the strongest niga at the time helped by both U.S, EU and arab league with more than 100 embassies, member of UN,OAU and Arab League and awash with billions of armaments from both east and west was destroyed by SNM skinnies. Frankly speaking these southerners' attitude is nothing more than 'scratching your face tactics' like Malistar's foreva comparing little incident in Somaliland that lasted in an hour with the most destructive and devastating human experience the world has eva seen since the 2nd world war...that of somalia.whatelse a weak man(mean Somalia not Malistar) can do except behave like a beserk girl friend. Now wait till we crush your balls real good.

  4. puntland act tough in pretense period and later runs to the UN. Rather stop talking too much nonsense or stand firm one all hell break loose.
  5. ^^^^ yes make your own history , omit some, take som... what you want and play with words. There r many proverbs talking about past: If you can't come into terms with your past then you can't see thru where you heading at, rejecting outright what happened last few decades both in terms of Somali history and around the wider world won't give you much insight into the future.Rather it blurs your judgment..like what mistakes not to repeat or avoid, what inciting words not to use etc. Buddy is not how you like or how you want it to be or how you see it. The fake border is here to stay, Siyad Barre was destroyed by few skinny SNM and today no one is begging you, the SNM is much, much stronger, and in terms of who killed what? well whole world knows millions of Somalis perished by the policies of your uncle, Siyaad, trying to paint false history won't wash it away. You have nothing to show for except foreign forces and aid donors. You act big with words and too much bravados when they around and politely stay in your foxholes when they not available....then the Karbash will follow.
  6. <cite> @gooni said:</cite> Separating one African country is not easy job we need always parent decision without them children doesn’t have self rule choice ]]]]]]]]]] My friend Gooni reread below_______________________________________________________: blockquote><cite> @burahadeer said:</cite> http://www.somalilandlaw.com/constitutional_developments.html '>http://www.somalilandlaw.com/constitutional_developments.html As is common in Africa the capital wages war only to lose in the end after great suffering on both sides, cases in point....Eriteria, S. sudan, same in Europe as is the case of Yugoslavia.</blockquote I already explained in the quote above. Siad was told late in the game when they figured it was lost cause by few inner circles to find anotha solution beside bullets to the then north; also Ali Samater was told the same by Americans when he was in Washington. Both vowed they will neva talk to SNM until they CRUSH them....see what happened!!! the hunters were hunted down real bad.Siyad Barre died in Nigeria, Ali Samater fighting for his life in Washington and the south still bleeding and in coma for the 25th yr even with the help and billions of donations Somaliland neva dream of. So my brother no one is expecting Waaliwyn to be nice, they will meet the same fate as their predecessors...the Ugandans will leave, the Burundians will leave, the money will dry up and you get defeated at the hands of Somaliland and for you back to square one...Keep the baalixooftoo, you really good at it. <cite> @burahadeer said:</cite> http://www.somalilandlaw.com/constitutional_developments.html As is common in Africa the capital wages war only to lose in the end after great suffering on both sides, cases in point....Eriteria, S. sudan, same in Europe as is the case of Yugoslavia.
  7. http://www.somalilandlaw.com/constitutional_developments.html Act of union was rejected by Somaliland voters in 1961 referendum but somehow kidnaped.Even if it was passed they stil have the right to leave the union. As is common in Africa the capital wages war only to lose in the end after great suffering on both sides, cases in point....Eriteria, S. sudan, same in Europe as is the case of Yugoslavia.
  8. <cite>@Mahiigaan said:</cite> ^^ I think ' QUBANAHA' can be roughly translated as Random News if I am not mistaken. It can't be QUMANAHA 'cause qumanaaha means right. The Somali proverb sheds light on the meaning: ' nin walba qumanahiisaa qoorta ugu jira '. thanks my first time hearing QUBANAHA.
  9. <cite>@DoctorKenney said:</cite> Authubilaah, Burahadeer.... So you're telling me because the Russians are white people, and therefore being white means you have a "higher intellect", so therefore we Somalis should strive to adopt White European customs, dress, food, music, and behavior? Is that what you're trying to tell me? DID I SAY THAT...what happened to ur English buddy!!!! THIS IS WHAT YOU SAID> DoctorKenney Nomad 1,110 Burahadeer, you know what! I like your idea! The Russians of the 20th century also had many great scientists and engineers! Maybe we should adopt State Communism and Marxism as an ideology, you know….since the Russians invented so much stuff, the least we could do is adopt their twisted and broken ideology AND THIS WHAT I SAID::: The Russians are white too, they might not be west but they same family and have the same intellect we lack, they had all these you mentioned before communism and after. But what’s your point trying to defend Arabs to your last . Mr great DR. the point here is to show you they have scientists and engineers before communism.Yes and Europeans proved to the world they have higher intelligence but no where did I say because of that we should follow. Mr DR you looked strong person to me but now it looks like you turn chicken who just wana make accusations for the hell of it. see ya later I'm in hurry.
  10. <cite> @DoctorKenney said:</cite> Burahadeer, you know what! I like your idea! What do you say?!? Your Secessionist State Army uses Kalashnikov rifles , which was invented by a Communist Russian in the 1940's, so in order to show your gratitude to him, you should turn Somaliland into a Communist State. It's only fair, right? See how that works out for you Only a twisted logic can put forth such a statement and specially when he's the one advocating Arab culture round the clock. You better ask that urslf. You were the one fighting so hard that Arab script be introduced when we already had established latin alphabet and more ova lashed out at every one else to the point of madness.
  11. Learning new Somali today. Can someone explain to me the name, like it. Also the board behind him says QUBANAHA instead of QUMANAHA. my tape slow so can't comment rest.
  12. DR WHO Oh please, stop being smart and don't put your words into my mouth.!!!! The Russians are white too, they might not be west but they same family and have the same intellect we lack, they had all these you mentioned before communism and after. But what's your point trying to defend Arabs to your last breath? you also advocate Arab culture preferred ova Somali. To clarify what I was saying the west has greater influences then your beloved Arabs cos they more advanced technologically and colonized rest of the world, so its only natural more people adhere to their ways. OR to the point they contributed to almost all the world make use of it today and in that regard most people will choose to identify with thm than a Bedwin.....will always wear suit ova Khamis cos it more professional and better and I see your Avatar. You really believe a Chinese or Japanese will take arab culture ova western. and why you care if some accept western or Arab? you'r neither. why secessionism stuff here...Practice what you preach and be civil.
  13. better come up with some you can sell.Wasted couple minutes here.
  14. Yeee from east Burao, that's enough for you! you being from erigabo area and Warancade from Hargeisa...how about that?

  16. The British own this world from Nzland,Australia to Canada and the U.S, add that to its colonies from India,Pakistan thru the middle east to Africa like giants south Africa and Nigeria to the south pole, Falklands.London is the hub for all these financially and politically.Scotland is only 5 million and ova 90% of the population and land mass will remain with the UK.Ofc they will miss but can easily keep going without thm.Of what I read the labor party is the biggest loser and tories will have tremendous advantage.
  17. looking at the comments from non Somali Brits seems article biased against Somalis.Few Black comments were hostile to Somalis. So what's the beef with Black Brits.
  18. Are Somalis being isolated from the black community? Misconceptions still persist about migrants sponging off the dole Written by Jermaine Haughton 29/09/2013 12:00 PM http://www.voice-online.co.uk/sites/default/files/imagecache/455/RAGEH_OMAAR_.jpg ROLE MODEL: Rageh Omaar is a Somali-born British journalist and writer SINCE THE break-up of Somalia’s government in 1991, many of its citizens migrated to Britain to escape the civil war, but the fortunes of many Somalis have not proved to be as rosy as expected. Somalis have had strong ties with Britain for centuries, as seamen and traders visiting the ports of London, Cardiff and Bristol. Over the last two decades however the Somali population has grown to 153,094. Despite this, they are among the poorest, worst-educated and least-employed in Britain, while facing stigma from within the black community. Unemployment has hit Somalis particularly hard, with many unable to find work. The latest Office of National Statistics showing that just 10 per cent are in full-time work. RACISM As well as dealing with racism from their white peers Somalis also face pressure from their fellow African Caribbean and African migrants. Abdul Omar Rahman, a 22-year-old public service worker, from Walthamstow, east London, says he and his Somali friends faced verbal abuse from black kids, in particular, when he was growing up. “When we were at school it was weird because people would be asking you if Somalis are black and stuff. Some of the other kids from Jamaica and Nigeria would always cuss us about how we look different,” he said. “They would say our dads were refugee warriors and pirates. In hindsight, it was really bad stuff, but it was just the way it went.” Despite Rahman’s nonchalance regarding the verbal exchanges with fellow pupils, the problem signals a wider problem, which is not helped by the school performance of Somali children. In 2010-11, a third of Somali pupils achieved 5 A* to C grades in their GCSEs, including mathematics and English, compared with 59 per cent of Bangladeshi pupils and 78 per cent of Nigerian kids. MOBOT: Mo Farah won over the British nation with his 2012 Olympic success Many of their households are run by women as husbands or fathers who remained in Somalia, and it is common for them not to speak much English, if at all. Added to the 80 per cent of Somali-speaking pupils who qualify for free school meals and the majority of British Somalis who rent from local councils, the issue of poverty is a chilling reality. Fatuma Osman manages community projects at the British Somali Community organisation in northwest London, providing educational workshops and tutoring for young Somali children to boost their studies. PROBLEMS “Our programmes are a great way of helping the community overcome its problems. For example, the children have been really receptive to our tutoring and mentoring programmes. In fact, in most cases, our lessons and safe environment has seen kids go to school and substantially improve their grades,” Osman stated. Pointing to a project her organisation runs, Osman says giving Somali boys the opportunity to gain experience working in Somali businesses can be beneficial for both parties. She said: “We allow young boys to do some volunteering and help in shops or centres. Business owners get good, keen helpers, while the youths get good experience of working in the real world.” While language barriers, stereotypes and racism may have contributed to the underachievement and isolation of the Somali community in the UK, cultural changes may be turning the tide. Young Somalis embrace their nomadic heritage, but many have spent much of their life in British culture, sharing dual identities exemplified by role models such as the award-winning journalist Rageh Omaar and Britain’s most successful track and field athlete Mo Farah. Dr Laura Hammond, head of the Department of Development Studies at SOAS, University of London, said it is within the Somali tradition to integrate into different countries, while also placing an emphasis on family and relatives in their homeland. “The stereotypes of Somalis don’t help. There is a perception of all Somalis coming to the UK to be on the dole, but that’s a misconception. They are very interested in integrating in their new lands, trying to be as successful as possible, so they can be in a better position to help those back home.” Posted on: 29/09/2013 12:00 PM http://www.voice-online.co.uk/article/are-somalis-being-isolated-black-community
  19. Its funny people talking about western style & influences but minimize how our culture made obsolete by Arab influences . Marrying cousins!!..Yuk. Western civilization has also contributed to much of what we have today in this world, to name but a few, radio, television, telephone, modern medicine, cars, planes, trains, petrol and gas technology, internet and almost everything else you can think of. Both Arabs and Europeans enslaved and conquered others but the later subjugated everyone else including the once mighty Arabs, and that's how Arabs turned into a war between Muslims and Christians and both of their subjects like us fell into the trap.
