Cheeta, please don't re-edit your post after we edit out the qabiil names. As you might have read on the rules section before you registered, nomads are not allowed to reference any qabiil names on our website. Absolutely no mention of Somali tribal names here ... please.
  2. Guraad, please edit the qabiil names from your post before you submit. This is not acceptable on our site. This is a warning. Admin Somalia Online
  3. Casey, this is your final warning. Please don't use profanity and personal insults on our website. Admin.
  4. Hashim and Lixle are both banned from Somalia Online. We ask nomads to stop using qabiil insults here.
  5. HornAfrique, we agree 100% that some members are ignoring our policy with new tactics. The main problem is not what members write here. Most of the nomads are respectful and don't get into qabiil bickerings. The new problem we face is the growing qabiil-bashing, hateful articles some nomads cut and paste from other websites. Like Shujui said, nomads need to do their part on keeping a leash on themselves. We will try to delete any article with qabiil names because we just don't have the time lexury to go through and edit every single one of them. We might as well bring back our old "delete" policy. Nomads, please edit the qabiil names from your piece before you post it or else it will be gone. No one will edit it for you. As far as insults and personal attacks, that will not be tolerated and anyone who is a victim of that should let us know.

    In His Memory!

Baashi and Nur, we are always open for ideas. One of the adminstrators acually brought this up two days ago. We will provide the platform for any such useful content. Please private "admin" so that we can discuss this in detail.
  7. Please stop the personal attacks, insults and the qabyaalad garbage on our website. If the rules of the website are not respected we will ban individuals from this website. This is a serious warning for Sammurai, HornAfrique and Liqaye. You are all mature grown men and we will not tolerate any more attacks and qabyaalad filth.
  8. In a Somali business or just want to reach a global audience who are looking for high quality products or services? We have an advertising campaign to reach your target audience. Our audience is large and we do have plans that fit your needs. We offer a range of targeted advertising solutions, from small front page banners and buttons to text messages on the highly popular Camel Milk Threads forum. Advertisements can be shown on the entire forum or only in specific sections. We also accept ("brought to you by") sponsorships of the forum. We design the images for you and do all the work for a reasonable price. If you'd like something different, just ask -- we'd be happy to accommodate you. Contact us by sending a private message to Admin or send an email to admin@somaliaonline.com
  9. Angel Dust, calling my reply "pathetic" and using abusive language will not get you anywhere on this site. Please respect us and others on this day of Ramadan. This is your second warning.
  10. Ayoub, next time you have a quesion, please ask by sending a private message to Admin. Don't double violate our rules as if you are above the rest of the nomads. The website has rules, and if you ever have questions, feel free to ask us via pm, and we would gladly answer your questions. As to your question on why the qabiil name was edited, we have recieved complaint from nomads asking us to edit your intentional qabiil comment. We will take similar steps in the event that you repeat the same remark again. On the other hand, the name ********ia (a region in Ethiopa) was never a concern for us because our website have never experienced any qabiil fights as a result of somebody mentioning that region. But we will now take the step of censoring that word since you brought it up.
  11. Faraax, haven't you read the rules of the website. Saaxiib respect others. I don't really care where you came from or what part of the horn you carry the flag for. This website has rules and if you break the rules, you will not scape from the staff even if it takes us time to see you post. This is the second time I am seeing your filthy language on our website. I will be keeping an eye on you. macasalaama.
  12. ManofWisdom, brother, next time you post topics, please post on the right forum. This forum has categories and they are very easy to follow. No need to create extra work for the moderators. Thank You
  13. Ladeef, next time you write language like that on our forum, you will be banned from Somalia Online and all your posts deleted. This is your last warning. Please respect our rule and respect yourself.
  14. I am sorry to say this but we have no choice but to ban SHAKA_ZULU Twisted Ayeeyo CLOWN MINDSATAE DA_BEAST kiLLaflows because they are the same person. We noticed that these individuals have been causing some trouble for us defending each other and always starting "BRING BACK HEBEL" topics and similar. These characters are the same individual. Thanks to the four nomads who privated us to look into the identitiy of these individuals. Nomads, this is your website. You have every right to encourage civil debate based on walaanimo and respect. REMEBER: it is just a click away for Admin to find out your identity and all the other usernames who carry your identity. No matter how hard you try to act like you and HEBLO are different you will not get away with it. It is just a matter of us finding the time to investigate you. Our sytem gives us a unique identity for every user here. It looks something similar to this Internet Company: Telkom SA Ltd. 15. We have no choice but to let Mindstate go. This is the third time we cought the nomad abusing our website and other nomads. Good luck
  16. Happy new season for all of you. It seems to us that the purpose of the Camel Milk Debate forum has been misunderstood by many nomads. As some of you seniors might be aware, This forum was added to the website to provide the nomads some highly-polished, timely articles that entertain, inform or otherwise enhance a serious Social debate. The debate forum was designed, to appeal to many nomads whose need for a break from the daily chitchat was seen great at the time. With that in mind, the Somalia Online staff was still aware of the forum's limitations for it couldn't bring about drastic changes on how nomads look at foruming or posting in general. In other words, we didn't expect miracles. Even though the style of many posts here is extremely colorful, and at times electic, more and more nomads have started to use the debate forum -- which was tailor made to appeal to those wanting more sophistication in their foruming -- for chitchatting. As a result of the changing situation, we decided to take some step that will allow us to achieve our goal. Let me take the time and go through some points with you as it regards to what we expect from the nomads and what steps we, the staff, can take to make this forum more useful for the nomads. [] we will now delete any "out of synch" topic [] we will edit titles that look more like a regular chit-chat. This move, we hope, will train many nomads who might be inspired by the more professional, serious appeal. However, we should make it very clear that no content will be altered or polished by our staff. Just the title will be clarified to suit the forum's profesional look. [] we will move hot Somali related debates (not political) from the other forums to this forum. [] We will appoint more moderators to help us achieve our intended goal. [] We will not private anyone of any title changes we make. Time will not premit us to private everyone. Thank you nomads.
  17. HornAfrique, please stop the namecalling. Present your case in a civilized manner without resorting back to personal attacks.
  18. Punite, Mystery are not welcome here anymore. They are banned from Somalia Online. These new guys didn't even pass their probation as newbies and they already got bussy trashing the forum. Bari-Nomad and Angel-Dust, you should take this post by Admin as a warning. Remember, you are just one click away from loosing your membership if you try to break our rules again. Nomads, the honorable thing to do is to private Admin for anything insulting you see here. That is if you want to help in keeping a leash on those who are violating the rules. Somalia Online forum is a getting very big and Inshallah we will be adding more moderators to this section soon. One more thing about the open qabiil talk. Please don't use any Somali qabiil names on our forum. Latiif, please don't use qabiil names on the forums again. We don't have to tell you this because you already know about our policy. Open qabiil talk is just not acceptable on our forums. As for others trying to avoid the rules and using letters like "D" and "I" to stand for qabiils, that is still against our rules. This is a warning. PLEASE DON'T USE THAT TACTIC ON THIS FORUM. IT WILL NOT WORK.
  19. A.J. Timacadeh, we have no choice but to ban you from our site because of your constant attacks on other nomads. You show no respect for our rules. Good luck.
  20. Sophist, the last deleted post had nothing to do with Garre or anything educational. It was right after Jamaal-11's post. Mr. Oodwayne took the chance to reply to you with more Qabiil talk.
  21. To the last two posters of the last two deleted posts, Sophist and Mr. Oodweyne, please don't use qabiil names on our website. The mention of any Somali qabiil name on our website will not be tolerated. The rules of the website have to be respected saaxibayaal. This is a warning for you two.
  22. A.J. Timacade, please respect our rules and stop the latent qabiil talk on our website. We have also been noticing that you have been attacking other nomads on our site lately. The next time we see anyone using any loaded tribalistic reference such as "majerteinia" for trolling reasons, we will have no choice but to block that person from accessing our site. We have to respect the wishes of all the nomads to have a peaceful discussion without being offended by such inflammatory qabiil comments. This is not a war zone brother. This forum is designed to be a peacefull discussions forum for all the nomads regardless of their tribe. This is your last warning.
  23. BIGMOM, sister please don't post complaint topics on the forum again. Private Admin if you have questions or concerns. Topics are moved to the appropriate forums on a daily basis. I moved your topic from the debate forum to the general forum because it is not a debate topic. I also moved many other topics that weren't supposed to be there. Bal aan ku waydiiyee, What does this topic have to do with Camel Milk Debate-Intellectuals' Social debates forum? Why are you taking this personal also. Have you read the rules lately?
  24. Nomads, remember all qabiil attacks start with a harmless, innocent "REER HEBEL" comment, then everything becomes a mess. We have tested, analyzed, and studied this many times. I think some of you are focusing on the recent "group" discipline we did to route out the qabiil-bashers here, but as far as the rules are concerned, nothing has changed about the policy. The website has been like this for almost two years. We don't plan to change anything about our two year old policy.
