People are so dumb that once Federalism starts in some corner, its irreversible unless you break up the country. The Somali can stop Ethiopia from going back to unitarian. The Tigray can stop it. The Afar can stop it. The Somali, the Afar and Tigray in that order are defenders of Federalism. Out of these the Somali has best geography, best access, and fairly armed and trained force.
