They are not Somalis. They are definitely Ethiopian Oromo who might have claimed to be Somalis fleeing Sayyid Mohamed's dervish raids. Look closely at how the men styled their hair like the Qaddiriyya followers. Of course, Qaddiriyya was also popular in Oromo muslim tribes who inhabited the Ogaden region. And definitely the women in the picture are Oromo of Arusa tribe.
